I’m come to VIP Clinic to consult about my contour face. Doctor said too early for face lift surgery & He offering me to do thread lift for makes my face become tight & get V Line contour. I followed Doctor suggestion doing thread lift , laser also filler & botox. I’m very happy with the result, small procedure but big impact. Thanks VIP Clinic gave me best advice for my face treatment needed, will come back for another treatment. Updated on 19 Nov 2019: It’s been almost 2 months from My Thread lift, i really love the processing result. My face more tight & has good conturing. And when i do my skin care routine , so many friends ask about my skin result now. Very very happiness, Thanks again for VIPPS Clinic & Team Doctor
After 3days Actually I was pretty satisfied bout my face, just except the nose. I thought that my nose is little wide and flat, so that my whole face looks doesn’t have any depth. So I was looking for the good plastic surgery in korea, spent almost 2months, read a bunch of before/after review. Also have been so many clinic for consultation(Cuz I’m living in korea for studying, can easily visit Gangnam). When the summer vacation, I went back to china and get a nose filler injection, even though it works, cannot makes me satisfied. That’s why I make decision to do nose surgery, and especially I really wanted to do when I’m in korea, cuz korea is really famous for plastic surgery(no offense). Everybody knows that nose surgery is a big stuff. If ur result went badly, u also have to get another surgery and that’s a serious problem. I visited more than 10 plastic surgery center in Gangnam, and finally chose VIP plastic surgery. VIP was so easy to find the way to get there, and people were so kind, but actually every clinic was so kind cuz I went there for spending money lol. Anyways, the reason i decided to choose this clinic was career of Dr. he did it over 20years, and never happened any medical accident once. Cuz all the plastic surgery center I’ve been, no one mentioned about ‘medical accident’ but this clinic just mentioned it very confidently, and also wrote it down in there website, that was a biggest reason I made up my mind. So I melted my nose filler first, and after few days got the nose surgery with silicon and ear cartilage. OMG, I was so nervous before surgery, cuz it was the first surgery in my whole life! And it’s foreign country, but the surgery time wasn’t very long unlike what I thought before. and today, it’s already after 3days rn. I also went to the clinic today, and Dr said the result is so good. They helped me to wash my hair. And I still have a little pain in my ear , not that big but still lil uncomfortable... haha here's my pics, first one is before surgery, and others are after surgery, i hope my nose getting better and gonna post another review soon! bye~ Updated on 7 Oct 2019: \This is what I wrote down in my phone at day4, but I forgot to upload sorry guys ! I was too busy :( I came back for sharing my experience again, it’s getting cold here in korea, and I don’t have my class in the A.M. so i drop by the clinic every morning, and let doctor check my nose. He’s so kind and everytime do dressing himself, and they help me to wash my hair, I also have got the skincare twice already, was so comfortable cuz they ask me the part what I’m most worrying, and did great care for that part. I don’t have any big problem for my nose yet, just cannot breath freely, throat feeling dry, bleed from nose a little, that’s all . buy these days I don’t feel like eating at all, I just ate some icecream, and banana milk. I know I have to eat more for the quick recovery! I’ll do my best lol. - Ok, this is for day4 im gonna upload a review for a week tmr bye~ ? Updated on 11 Nov 2019: sorry for being late guys, its already been a month!and this is the review after 7days! A week It’s already a week after surgery, I went to my class everyday with my big hat and mask, but our uni is very big, so fortunately professor didn’t notice me, and never said anything. I feel like there’s a huge difference between Korean and Chinese uni. Cuz if I’m in china, and putting on my hat in the class, professor will be punishing me. But in Korean uni there are so many students putting on there hat,cap in the class and professor doesn’t care bout it at all. it’s so interesting. Ok , so my nose is very very fine. Cuz I really worried bout it u guys know I put so much money, time and effort on it :) yeah, It’s recovering very fast (what doctor said) my friends already started feel jealous of my nose, they said it so natural and beautiful, much higher than before but not awkward at all lol. They r really surprised and asked me a lot of stuff. 100% satisfied rn. Now u can see the pic of me, u can find I got so much depth than before haha, especially the side face! I luv it!
Last month I had rhinoplasty (nose augmentation using rib cartilage) , midface augmentation and double eyelid surgery done at VIP clinic. Everything is healing nicely and I could not be HAPPIER with the results! My nose was very short and flat and Dr. Lee was very honest from the beginning telling me that there might be limitations on how much he could build up my nosebridge because I had pretty thick skin. Living in an European country I have consulted several plastic surgeons that mainly has experience with western noses. All of the surgeons Ive consulted before has been very confident that they could operate my nose... None of them ever mentioned anything about limitations due to thick skin. Knowing that Dr Lee has more experience with asian noses than they do I am so glad I decided to go abroad for this type of surgery and I very much appreciate his honesty! The result though is just amazing. Dr Lee has managed to give me a nose I thought I could never have! It looks great and in harmony together with the midface augmentations and the double eyelid surgery. I say it again, I could not be happier with the results! To be really honest, plastic surgery is no walk in the park! Its been both mentally and physically challenging and the first days after surgery I felt really sick. But the staff at VIP clinic was super helpful and great service. Every day I recieved facial treatment and got my hair washed which was a very nice extra service provided by the clinic. The coordinators should not be forgotten. The one I was mainly in contact with was Chloe. Without her im not sure how I would have managed in Seoul for almost 3 weeks! Its truly been a life changing experience. Dr Lee, Dr Kim, general manager Joann Kang, Chloe, Jessica, Dani and the rest thank you for everything!
I was introduced to VIP Plastic Surgery by a friend I deeply trust. When I went in for consultation, I felt confident about their expertise and decided to get my surgery that day. My surgery included anti-aging upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty, and took about 3 hours which is the longest surgery I've ever gone through. Right after the surgery, I had a difficult time recovering from anesthesia but the staff at VIP were very kind in taking care of me. The surgery itself was not painful, so if you are worried about that, there's no need to be! My post-surgery swelling took longer than I expected to go away but every time I went back for check-ups they helped me understand why and how I can take care of my eyes to recover faster. They made me feel like a VVIP every visit. I'm especially happy with my lower blepharoplasty results. I'm in my 50s and before the surgery, I used to notice the bags under my eyes and my upper eyelids sag, making my age spots around that area look darker. Thanks to the surgery, those problems are gone. I strongly recommend VIP Plastic Surgery and hope others will get to experience personalized, thorough care like I did.
Hi guys, I guess I'll start my review here. I consulted with many clinics in korea and decided to go with VIP Plastic Surgery. Together with Rib Cartilage Rhinoplasty with Midface Augmentation, I'm having Breast Augmentation, and forward Genioplasty. I'll have separate review on these. During my initial consultation, I wanted to have many surgery at once coz I really didn't want to have another surgery in the future. I brought up breast augmentation, rib rhinoplasty, midface augmentation, genioplasty, zygoma reduction, blepharoplasty, and facial fat graft on the table during my consultation. Anyway, the doctor flat out told me I don't need all these surgeries, the most important ones he recommends for me is forward genioplasty, and rhinoplasty with midface, and sure breast augmentation because I really wanted it. He told me to recover from these surgery, the result might satisfy me enough to not even want other procedures I mentioned. And clearly, he said that I really don't need zygoma reduction and blepharoplasty. And if I decide, in the future I still want them, I can always have it done then. I feel a bit rejected at that time, but now that I'm thinking about it, I must have been out of my goudamn mind because recovering from just these 3 chosen procedure is extremely hard enough. I'm currently 3 days post op. I think it's still too early to share before and after photos so I'll wait until 7 days for exactly one week to start with photo updates. But I'll share my experience so far for Rhinoplast with Midface Augmentation. My reviews for breast augmentation, and genioplasty will be linked when available. Right after waking up from general anesthesia up to 1st day post op: I was knocked out, couldn't really sleep deeply. Just just consciously passed out. At first, I can breathe in and out from the gauze they've inserted in my nose, but through out the night it slowly got clogged too. I don't feel any pain on the nose, I don't even feel the pressure. I just know there's something there. Every 9:30 am, VIP switches out the dressing and cleans the nose area, they also use a mucus vacuum to suck all your snots out. That one HURTS and is really uncomfortable. I was crying, but I have low pain tolerance with these things. And just imagining I have to do that everyday until that things taken off. Oh boy! 2nd day post op: I started sleeping upright. Everytime they change the dressing, it feels so nice because there's a tiny window of time where you can breathe in and out of your nose, but it usually last for an hour. Oh and that mucus vacuum made me tear up again. 3rd day post op: Really not much change from day 2. Still gotta breathe through your mouth. Btw, another thing I liked about VIP, is the free facial, swelling treatment, and hair wash they offer after the morning check up. Updated on 5 Apr 2019: Today, the doctor removed the gauze. The process to remove it is really uncomfortable, but it's worth it. Now, I can breath through my nose. Nose will be dripping from time to time but just gently tap tissue at the bottom to clean it. Also, i got my first bowel movement today after surgery! Things seem to be getting better from here. Updated on 13 Apr 2019: 5th day update: At this point, doc finally removed the gauze in my nose. it's so relieving. I can finally breathe better. I still get droopy nose but it's not bad. 7th day update: Doc took off the cast and just left medical take on my nose to help with swelling and support. Up to this date: Nose still gets droopy but it gets less and less. I feel improvement on my breathing and I really like the side profile improvement so far.

Right after waking up from general anesthesia up to 1st day post op: I was knocked out, couldn't really sleep deeply. I'm just consciously passed out. There's no pain if you're just staying still. But if you start using your hands and moving your back, you might feel sharp pain probing your chest area. It's nothing you can't tolerate, assuming you stop yourself from putting pressure to the breast the moment you feel pain. Good thing though is that they attached a pee connector/holder with me so I don't have to prop myself up to go to the bathroom. Doctor also took off the bra I wore post surgery, he said that I have to let my breasts be comfortable and drop freely for 2 weeks. 2nd day post op: I started coughing, not a lot, probably like 4 to 5 times, but girl do each coughs hurt. It's like putting pressure on your chest again by moving around but this time it wrap around your chest and you feel like if you cough too hard, you're gonna explode. The pee connector is removed and I had to start bringing myself up to go to the bathroom. It's not that bad since they have the hospital beds that you can bend up to 90 degree angle. 3rd day post op: Bringing myself up, getting out of bed, is a lot more easier. There's still those sharp pain if you move out of you comfort zone. I still have the cough too, a lot worse now, and it hurts for each cough, but it's nothing I can't tolerate. They also removed the dripper that catches bad blood from my boobs today. After the check up, they discharged me to the hospital and off I go to their free accommodation room, where I'll be staying for 12 days until I'm better on my own. They set me up with soup deliveries, bought and explain all my medication for me, and got me the pumpkin juice for swelling. Updated on 5 Apr 2019: Today, the doctor checked my breast for the 4th time, and he said it looks perfect. I still am not told to do any massage or wear any bra. Also, i got my first bowel movement today after surgery! Things seem to be getting better from here. Updated on 8 Apr 2019: Today I'm not so happy. Doctor checked my breast and he said he'd like to correct the incision line on my right breast to be lower. He will do this within an hour under local anesthesia. He said the 325cc moderate round mentor implant is too big for my body. Updated on 13 Apr 2019: The day after doc fix the incision lower, the bottom part of my breast did look way better. The dimple at the bottom was removed and the slope looks better. For some reason, I woke up with my breast more centered. Updated on 13 Apr 2019: Now 9 days post op, I still wear the compression strap and will continue to wear it until doc said otherwise. This is to help position my breast center. I still feel tightness on my chest but i can now lay down and get out of bed on my own.
I have bad experience for failed 5 times with my nose surgery. Now i choose Dr Lee in VIP Plastic Surgery to do my nose for the last, he suggest to change with my own cartillage & also do the mid face Augumentation, i love the result for my new nose. Thanks to Dr Lee & all team , they all take care my nose & also give me skin treatment.I will come again for my next surgery
I'm writing this review 6 days post opt still in Korea recovering but I couldn't wait to write a review! Anyone who is thinking about doing plastic surgery or skin care here, I highly recommend without hesitation! Language is not a problem. They are fluent in English and have other staff members who speaks other languages too! I live in the USA and decided to finally have surgery on my nose and chin. I reached out to VIP via LINE and Dani responded right away. She was able to answer all questions I had over the course of 2+ weeks. She was very patient with me and answered every question I had. I didn't have any other questions for them when I arrived for my surgery because I felt confident the VIP knew what they were doing. Their service, communication, bed side manners, before and after surgery process, personal one on one care is more than excellent! I missed my flight and they were able to still keep my pre surgery check up appt on schedule so that I can still have surgery on time. Do not be worried about the price, the care and attention to detail is worth every penny you spend here. They focus on each individual person and their needs. You walk out still looking like yourself but better! My rhinoplasty, mid face augmentation and chin surgery went well. Its hard to keep this review short because I want to explain all the details VIP took to help me transition. You are well taken care of here. They arrange for a driver to pick you up and drop you off at the airport. When i recieved a call from Dani after the driver picked us up, that put me at ease and I felt so much better. Blood work, xray, ekg to make sure everything is okay before surgery. You get to meet Dr. Lee to talk about your concerns and he gives you realistic expectation depending on your situation. You stay one night after surgery so the staff can make sure you are okay. The lady chefs are so sweet, they made sure to give me a baby spoon and soft foods because I couldn't chew. They even fed my bf who stayed to take care of me. In my case they kept me 2 days because I was too weak to go back to the hotel accommodation they provided for me for my stay in Korea. They provide dressing changing and check up every day along with medications you need for recovery, Dani and the nurses even held my hand during those times, thank you. You also get anti swelling face care and shampoo hair because we can't do it ourselves. Everyone knows you by name and they are very organized with the process and condition you are in every step of the way. Long story short, I hope this review helps you make the decision to have your service done here because VIP team actually cares for their patients. The money should not be the reason why you pick a clinic. Im far away from my family and I thought it would be a hard time but it's not. VIP team makes you feel like family with the whole process from start to finish. Dani even help to order rice soup to my room so I had food to eat at the hotel when I got discharged, that should let you know how much they care about you. Yuromi even let me barrow umbrellas to take back to the hotel because it started to snow. Jessica recommended places to eat because their were so many options. Dr. even took me back in right away when I called a few hours after dressing changed and my allergies made boogers and nose dripping drip outside and all over my face. It only took them 15 minutes to fix me up again. The fact that I can call them anytime makes me feel like I'm in good hands because they will take care of you. People never mention these little things and details about VIP. I chose VIP for their knowledge, patience, attention to detail and most importantly, its individualize for each person because we are not all the same. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and everyone on the VIP team, from all the doctors, nurses, consultants, chefs, skin specialist, house keeping, driver, and everyone I forgot to mention. This transformation and life changing decision would not be possible without you. Updated on 17 Jan 2019: Here are photo updates 6 weeks before and after septorhinoplasty. Recover has been slow for me but it's because my body heals a lot slower than most. Rib area pain from the harvesting got better after 6 weeks with minimal discomfort but still can't carry heavy things. Rib graft incision site got infected but im on antibiotics now. If you are in the USA you'll need to visit a doctor to write you a new prescription for antibiotics bc they won't take prescriptions from Korea. Dani and staff members still keep in touch to see how I'm doing. I'm able to still message and she responds back promptly with any concerns I have. Will write another update.
I was very nervous attending VIP as it was my first time ever getting Botox. However I was immediately put at ease as the staff were so understanding of my concerns, they were very patient and answered all my questions. The procedure itself was very quick and pain free. My follow up questions were again answered very professionally and promptly. I saw results within 24 hours. I will be returning to VIP for all future procedures and would 100% recommend them to a friend. My point of contact was a lady called Jessica, who was so lovely and friendly and made my feel so welcome.
When you consult with your surgeon on your facelift surgery, pre-operative guideline will be given. Also, pre-surgery body examination will be done to check up your body.Usually, any medications or supplements that interferes with your blood pressure will be limited. However, there may be some medications that you will have to continue to take depending on your health condition. Please do discuss with your doctor after the body exam for this matter.
Also, you will have to remove nail polish, remove contacts / dentures / accessories. There will be fasting before the surgery as well.
There are many ways for anti-aging treatments and surgeries, and the effectiveness and duration of the result varies. If you are looking for a temporary solution, you may seek for a non-surgical options such as lifting lasers, injections, and thread lift. If you want a more long lasting result with a definite lift up result, then a surgical option is more recommended.
The most up-to-date technique in facelift is extended deep plane facelift, where it effectively pulls up the frontal part of your nasolabial fold. As the dissection area for this technique is broader, the technique is more advanced and lasts longer.
For rhinoplasty, there are many materials that can be used: silicone, goretex, septal/ear/rib cartilage. Asian nose usually have smaller nose structure, and Asian nose rhinoplasty requires to build the nose from the base - structure - bridge - and tip. Sometimes using foreign material extensively in the nose structure may increase the possibility of infections, complications, or contractions. In order to have least possibilities of complications, I recommend using your own cartilage.Septal cartilage inside the nose is good for rhinoplasty, but if the amount of septal cartilage is limited, autologous rib cartilage (your own rib cartilage) is recommended to build the entire structure & the shape.
While there are many ways to enhance the loosen skin on the facial area, I would say facelift is the most effective and lasts longest way to lift up the loosen skin.Mostly, sunken areas of the face can be filled up with facial fat grafting or fillers, but there are limitations. These methods are mostly to give volume to the sunken area, while facelift essentially removes the excess skin by dissecting and lifting up the skin. For better diagnosis and recommendations, I recommend you to step in for an in-person consultation.I hope this helps!
There are many different types of facelift and its' techniques. While there are many different non-surgicals and surgical methods, I would like to recommend extended deep plane facelift for a long lasting result. Extended deep plane facelift effectively pulls the anterior part of the loosen skin on the front cheek. This is effective to the concerned areas. I would recommend you to have a thorough consultation to better understand what to expect after your surgery. Thank you.
