I recently had my blepharoplasty procedure done on April 28, 2026, at VIP with Dr. Yu, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The facility is all-inclusive and provides a friendly, welcoming environment that immediately puts you at ease. Overall, I highly recommend VIP and Dr. Yu to anyone considering blepharoplasty. It was a positive and confidence-boosting experience from every angle.
From the moment I arrived at the airport, Eric greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly hello. He immediately made sure I was comfortable and asked me about my trip and where I am came from and volunteered to pick up my sister the next day. As we started the journey, the driver engaged in polite and light conversation that made the ride feel welcoming without being intrusive. The trip itself was smooth and safe, I felt completely at ease throughout the ride. By the time we reached my destination, I genuinely appreciated the driver’s positive attitude and courteous demeanor. It turned what could have been an ordinary trip into an enjoyable and pleasant experience. He also provided us with a tour around Jeju Island a few days later. He is such a kind-hearted man.
Leah, the representative at VIP Clinic, was incredibly helpful during my eye surgery. She made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. Her calming presence really helped reduce my anxiety. She also delivered my medication to my room and scheduled food delivery after the surgery. Leah also took care of all my appointments with my doctor and other activities, like the facial and tour. Overall, I’m very satisfied with her services.
Joan, the director at VIP, offers a wide range of facial treatments, including PICO lasers, Rejuran, Potenza, Juvelook, and other non-surgical options. I am truly grateful for her generosity and will always remember and be eternally grateful for all the treatments she provided me.
The staff was amazing – attentive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Dr. Yu is truly a talented doctor, and I feel so grateful for his expertise. My recovery went smoothly, and I am loving my eyes again!
