I have searched the Tampa Bay Area to find an experienced plastic surgeon or nurse practitioner known for a conservative, natural approach to enhance my appearance. It took me years to find the right person I could trust! I have had plastic surgeons give me Botox that caused one eyebrow to drop or Botox placed under my eyes that created a strange cheek wrinkle—not exactly the natural look I needed under HD lights. I finally found my girl! Nurse practioner, Kristen Hunt at the Vein & Cosmetic Center of Tampa Bay has always taken a conservative approach that finally delivers the natural, rested look I wanted to achieve! I have trusted her opinion so much that she has talked me out of laser procedures I thought I wanted! She knows my face better than me! Not only does she offer the best prices on the latest lasers (I price shop & compare experience) but she helped slowly create a natural looking upper lip to enhance my smile! I didn’t think it was possible! I wanted to share this review because it can be hard to find a practioner who will give you honest feedback—priceless!

I have been going to The Vein and Cosmetic Center in Tampa for many years. I have had many different types of treatments there including treatments on my spider veins, Ultheray (with Jen Blonk which is amazing) micro needling, and many injectables, including Sculptra, Botox, Restalyne, and fillers in my lips. Jessica has been my injector for years yet and I could not be happier with the service that she provides and my results. She is always very honest and always teacher me something new every time that I go there. I love to learn about treatments and how they can make me look my best. I couldn't be more happier with my service here.

I did my research I read the reviews hoped for the best and got the worst. Not at all what I expected. I was swollen severely for the first 3 weeks, very hard when you have to go to work. The only relief I had was when I elevated my legs. To add insult to injury I got a bad burn. Now at week 4 I’m still swollen but it’s manageable and the burn isn’t healing very quickly at all. I have large chucks under my skin that I can only describe as burnt flesh as that’s what this procedure is all about. I hope at the 1 year mark things have significantly improved. My skin feels tight and it’s like I need to stretch it out to have full mobility again. It’s hard to bend over to put my socks and shoes on Because it feels like my skin is pulling. It has improved from day one but how long will it take to get to normal or will it ever really be normal. My thighs will be a new normal that I’ll just have to acclimate to, very sad won’t do it again. The plus is I started with my thighs rather than my lower abs, now I know I won’t do bodytite again on any body part.

Had this procedure done to help treat/get rid of dark spots, shrink pore size, acne scar and tighten. Had the IPL first then the Fotona pixel laser Resurfacing. First hour my face was extremely red, has calmed down but a little swelling under the eyes started. Will follow up with progress daily to update.

In order for me to get a $300 refund for the procedure that created (apparently)permanent damage to my face they demanded that I sign a release stating I wouldn't give them bad reviews or litigate against them. I'm assuming that this is why they don't have like a one star rating! I have decided it is more important to let people know the truth. I went to them for facial spider veins. The laser they used seriously scarred my face. They claimed they could remove the scars THEY put on my face and explained that they would treat it until the damage was reversed. I went back a few times over several months for them to attempt to fix the damage. It didn't. Then, when booking for my next corrective procedure I received an email from the office manager stating that the problem "was resolved" and no more procedures are needed. This, of course, was not true. She also indicated that they would still refund (as previously promised) the payment for the procedure if I sign the document to bury the truth about what they did to me. Please save yourself from the agony that this place will put you through.
