The laser they used seriously scarred my face

In order for me to get a $300 refund for the procedure that created (apparently)permanent damage to my face they demanded that I sign a release stating I wouldn't give them bad reviews or litigate against them. I'm assuming that this is why they don't have like a one star rating! I have decided it is more important to let people know the truth. I went to them for facial spider veins. The laser they used seriously scarred my face. They claimed they could remove the scars THEY put on my face and explained that they would treat it until the damage was reversed. I went back a few times over several months for them to attempt to fix the damage. It didn't. Then, when booking for my next corrective procedure I received an email from the office manager stating that the problem "was resolved" and no more procedures are needed. This, of course, was not true. She also indicated that they would still refund (as previously promised) the payment for the procedure if I sign the document to bury the truth about what they did to me. Please save yourself from the agony that this place will put you through.
