Tamplen Plastic Surgery - Scottsdale

Dr. Tamplen changed my life, in the best way. I had an open rhinoplasty with Dr. Tamplen about 10 days ago. I had two of my friends receive rhinos from him and they look absolutely gorgeous, so I felt confident he could help. My experience is better than I ever thought could be possible. After one week I got my cast off and I have basically zero swelling and bruising. I am so in love with my nose. I had a very bulbous, asymmetrical nose that he somehow turned perfectly skinny and symmetrical. Dr. Tamplen is the best of the best and MASTER at his craft. I am forever thankful. Black shirt is my befores, and green shirt is after!

Dr. Tamplen is one of the best facial plastic surgeons I’ve had the pleasure with working with - the entire office is a wonderful team. Olivia and Mallory are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable- it says a lot about a practice when every team member knows procedure Q&A’s extensively. I couldn’t have felt more comfortable or excited for my procedure. If you’re on the fence about seeing him- book the consult- it’s more than worth it. My upper blepharoplasty was flawless. Thanksgiving last year my new eyelids were my top go around the table “ I’m thankful for” moment. I love them so much and owe it to Dr. Tamplen and the team for such an exceptional experience. He is also an outstanding rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty surgeon with some of the most tasteful and aesthetic noses I’ve seen. Looking forward to my future facial aging together!

After seeing his results and also how he approaches and does surgery I decided to ask if he could look at my nose. He felt confident he could give me the result I desired and he did. I am over two months out from surgery and I still look like myself and with the result I wanted. His staff is very responsive to questions and all are friendly. He takes pride in his work and is meticulous. Dr. Tamplen wants you to be happy with your results and works hard to meet that goal. If you are considering rhinoplasty or facial surgery I can highly recommend him!

I could not be happier with my experience. I had revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Tamplen and the results are truly perfect - my nose turned out exactly how I wanted. From start to finish, Dr. Tamplen and his staff were incredibly kind, patient and supportive. They put my mind at ease, guided me through each step of the process and made me feel completely comfortable. The level of care, professionalism and genuine kindness I experienced was second to none. I can’t recommend Dr. Tamplen and his team enough. A 10/10 experience.

I was very nervous to get this procedure because a face surgery is a big deal. But dr. Tamplen made me feel comfortable and confident about it. I hated my side profile and it is now fixed!! 1 less insecurity thanks to dr. Tamplen and his crew. Back office lady’s are very nice and comforting at the time of cast removal as well. 10/10 experience.

He is a nose GOD!!!!!! My nose looks 1000 times better and smaller. It’s done well enough that you can’t tell I had something done. However, everyone keeps telling me how beautiful I look. I feel so much more confident! He is the BEST! Recommend him to anyone who wants rhinoplasty. You won’t be disappointed.

My experience with Dr. Tamplen was incredible. I picked him based on his before and afters and my goals for surgery after our consultation. He was very honest and realistic about expectations and he truly delivered. I’m only 6 weeks post op so still some swelling in the tip but I am so happy with the results, they are even better than I could have imagined. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

Everything was amazing! The rhinoplasty was perfect and I have the exact nose that I always wanted. Dr and staff are amazing and bedside manner was impeccable. They were very quick to answer whenever I had questions! I’m so excited for my new look, Dr Tamplen is truly an artist on top of a great scientist.

Had a rhinoplasty in March and the experience was great and I am very happy with the results. Scheduling the consult and surgery was easy, and while I had more bruising than expected the team was really responsive and helpful with all of my post op concerns and needs. Nose looks great!

I’m leaving this review for those who have had a prior botched rhino and are terrified of having another one. I had a large pore removed from my nose which left a large indent, then had it stitched up, and ultimately had surgery 6 or so years ago and it left my right nostril quite a bit higher than my left, the indent was still there, and it looked like I had two halves of two noses pieced together. I tried to just make peace with it, but it was the first thing I noticed in every picture. I did a lot of research on revision rhinos and was impressed with Dr Tamplens abilities. It’s always a huge leap of faith to let someone alter your face, but I decided to take the risk bc I was so unhappy. I’m glad I did because my nose looks significantly better. The indent is gone, my nostrils are symmetrical and my tip is defined. There’s no such thing as a ‘perfect’ nose (I’m adding that for those of you who are a bit obsessive like I am), but I’m grateful I took the plunge bc I’m very happy with my nose now. Also, recovery isn’t bad at all. The worst part is the stents, mostly bc my nose is always runny so I had to breathe out of my mouth a lot at first. Recovery was quick and pain free. Overall, I’m very happy with my results and I would highly recommend Dr Tamplen and his team. They are fantastic.
