My experience with my (primary rhinoplasty) nose job here was soooo good! General timeline: I first called the office around June 2025 and made my consultation for the first available slot which was around August/September 2025. The consultation was $100. There was a few months wait, but that was fine with me. The consultation was interesting, but shorter than I thought it would be. Dr. Tamplen is straight to business lol. He studied my nose and then we discussed what would be possible for me and my main concerns with my nose. He also edited a photo of my face profile to help me visualize. This was my first and only rhinoplasty consultation, but I felt very comfortable proceeding with Dr. T because I could tell he was still very interested in the “art of the rhinoplasty” and “perfecting his trade”. He seems to take a lot of pride in his work (as he should). He also has a lot of qualifications (off the top of my head: double board certified, ENT, and he does LOTS of nose job revisions as seen on his insta). I thought it through for a week then called back to schedule my surgery in Dec 2025 and paid a deposit (1,000). There was some shorter appointments before the surgery, including a call appointment, that I don’t really remember, but they go over medications and pre/post op instructions during this time. I also paid the surgery amount in full during one of these (14.4K including the surgery center and anesthesia). The surgery was smooth sailing and recovery was also pretty smooth. The first 1-2 days are the hardest, but after that it’s mostly just uncomfortable and the bruising can look scary. I was also freaked out by how my nose looked in the cast/tape because it felt so different. Once the cast was removed a week later, I was definitely pretty swollen, but it looked really good right away! By my first month check in appointment it looked perfect already (photo is from that check in). I’m now around 4 months out and I’m so happy with it still. My nose used to be such a stressor to me, but now it’s a non issue. I only think about my nose when I think about how perfect it is now <3. 10/10 would do it all over again!
