For the past five years I've been searching for the right doctor and thankfully I found Dr. Tamplen. Dr. Tamplen, Kayla and staff were always welcoming and respectful. They were very professional, kind and took the time to answer any and all of my inquiries to make me feel comfortable and reassured. I felt well cared for and supported in every step of my recovery. My experience is worth more than 5 stars and I wouldn't hesitate to refer Dr. Tamplen to strangers and family alike. Thank you all so much for my beautiful endoscopic lateral brow lift and mini facelift.

My experience with my (primary rhinoplasty) nose job here was soooo good! General timeline: I first called the office around June 2025 and made my consultation for the first available slot which was around August/September 2025. The consultation was $100. There was a few months wait, but that was fine with me. The consultation was interesting, but shorter than I thought it would be. Dr. Tamplen is straight to business lol. He studied my nose and then we discussed what would be possible for me and my main concerns with my nose. He also edited a photo of my face profile to help me visualize. This was my first and only rhinoplasty consultation, but I felt very comfortable proceeding with Dr. T because I could tell he was still very interested in the “art of the rhinoplasty” and “perfecting his trade”. He seems to take a lot of pride in his work (as he should). He also has a lot of qualifications (off the top of my head: double board certified, ENT, and he does LOTS of nose job revisions as seen on his insta). I thought it through for a week then called back to schedule my surgery in Dec 2025 and paid a deposit (1,000). There was some shorter appointments before the surgery, including a call appointment, that I don’t really remember, but they go over medications and pre/post op instructions during this time. I also paid the surgery amount in full during one of these (14.4K including the surgery center and anesthesia). The surgery was smooth sailing and recovery was also pretty smooth. The first 1-2 days are the hardest, but after that it’s mostly just uncomfortable and the bruising can look scary. I was also freaked out by how my nose looked in the cast/tape because it felt so different. Once the cast was removed a week later, I was definitely pretty swollen, but it looked really good right away! By my first month check in appointment it looked perfect already (photo is from that check in). I’m now around 4 months out and I’m so happy with it still. My nose used to be such a stressor to me, but now it’s a non issue. I only think about my nose when I think about how perfect it is now <3. 10/10 would do it all over again!

Dr Tamplen is amazing! I highly recommend him. He knows exactly what to do to achieve the look you want! His team is also top notch. They were responding back to me at all hours of the day. All around it was a great experience!

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Tamplen about 3 weeks ago, and it was the best decision ever!! He was amazing throughout the entire process, and I’m absolutely obsessed with my results. I had wanted a nose job for a long time but was always nervous about ending up with a nose that didn’t fit my face. Dr. Tamplen reassured me that it would look natural and still fit my features, and he was completely right. I’m beyond happy with the results, and recovery has gone really well too. Mallory and Olivia in the office were also amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process! I couldn’t recommend Dr. Tamplen enough!!

The best facial surgeon out there! 6 weeks post lower facelift and lower eyelid pinch, so happy with the results. A facelift sounds scary, but it really is not that painful, I only took Tylenol for a couple of days. After day 5 everything starts to return to normal slowly. Results are better than what I expected, he is so good at what he does, I know my scars will fade to nothing soon, true artist. Thank you for coming to Arizona! Love his wonderful staff as well.

I’m about 4 weeks post op and all I can say is wow. What a huge difference this procedure has made. My nose looks amazing. It’s incredibly straight and perfectly shaped. My breathing has drastically improved and I feel great. Dr Tamplen was the first and only Consultation I had when looking for a surgeon to fix my nose and I’m glad I chose him. The whole process was very straightforward and their office and staff are great as well. Dr Tamplen is awesome and i’m very happy with my results!

I’m a woman in her fifties. I originally went to one of the top 25 plastic surgeons in the world for a neck lift to my surprise, About three years later I began noticing sagging again and couldn’t believe it. I then found Dr. T who happened to be in my local area although I wasn’t 100% sure at first I decided to move forward with him for a neck revision -and I am so glad I did! The results were excellent, and honestly, he did a better job than the highly acclaimed surgeon in NYC. Not only were the results better, but the cost was also much more reasonable. Dr. T is easy to talk to takes the time to listen and has great customer service skills which made the entire experience much more comfortable. Choosing Dr. Tamplin was hands-down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My nose is so soft, feminine, and natural, yet the tip is absolutely perfect. People compliment my nose constantly, and I love that it still looks like me, just elevated. My confidence has completely transformed. I don’t hesitate when taking photos anymore because I know my nose looks amazing from every angle. Dr. Tamplin truly worked magic, and I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone else.

I am three weeks post op and I can confidently say that I love my nose! I flew in from out of town to get my nose done by Dr.Tamplen after doing SO much research on who to go to. The whole experience from consult to surgery was seamless. I felt very comfortable and well cared for by the whole team before, during and after surgery. I could breathe through my splits an experienced very little swelling and bruising! Dr.Tamplen does such a beautiful job at refining without over doing. This nose was quite literally made for me, fits me so well! Also a girl can BREATHE WOW!
