Mr Marando gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on my surgery and gave me a number of options to consider when planing my breast implant exchange and uplift. I am delighted with the result 3 weeks in and I'm looking forward to seeing the final result over the next few months as my body heals . I would highly recommend Mr Marando at star clinic .

I am so happy to have found Mr Marando and cannot recommend him and his entire team highly enough. Having had an awful procedure elsewhere 2 years previously and left feeling very down about the results and the whole experience, I was very lucky that a friend told me about Star Clinic. Mr Marando agreed to see me and since then it’s changed my outlook. He has performed the surgery I’d always wanted and made a correction to the damage done by the previous surgeon. I couldn’t be happier. Every stage of the process has been caring, well-advised and patient. From the first appointment with Mr Marando to the day of the surgery I have felt in safe hands. Mr Marando provided reassurance and guidance throughout my decision for eye surgery and I am very pleased with the outcome. Appointments were always on time and follow up care was very attentive. My surgery was subtle, with friends noticing that I am looking well and bright but not spotting that as a result of surgery which is exactly what I requested.

My experience from the very start with star clinic and Dr Marando has been absolutely amazing. I am so pleased with the outcome and I’m only 1 week post op. The whole team are a credit to Dr Marando. Helpful, caring and supportive. I had no anxious feelings even as I walked to theatre. Wow! If you’re thinking of any kind of breast surgery, then look no further! I’m one week post surgery, and saw my new boobs today for the first time. I can’t stop staring at them haha! Everything, from the incisions, to the shape, the size, is just PERFECT! I truly can’t believe how lucky I am to have found Mr Marando, after many friends had recommended him! He remembers everything about every conversation you’ve ever had with him and makes you feel so at ease and comfortable. It’s a joy to be in his company. I was very apprehensive and nervous having never had cosmetic surgery before, but the minute I met Andrea, I just knew that I could trust him. I couldn’t recommend him and his wonderful team enough. I must also mention his anaesthetist Ehsan, who did nothing but totally reassure me and talk me through everything so perfectly. ( The “going under” part freaks me out). On Monday I had my first ever cosmetic surgery with the wonderful Andrea Marando! I’m currently healing from said surgery, but the level of care, reassurance from clinic and knowledge has blown my mind. I cannot recommend Mr Marando at Star Clinic, Altrincham enough. I chose to have the new minimally invasive MIA procedure to enhance my breasts, and the whole experience was incredibly positive. The procedure itself was very straightforward, with hardly any downtime and minimal pain — just a little discomfort for a few days. The results are beautifully natural, exactly what I wanted. They look and feel as though they’ve always been a part of me. I also loved that there are no scars on my breasts, just a small incision hidden in my armpits. My breasts now look fuller and more youthful, and I couldn’t be happier. The care and support from Mr Marando and his team were absolutely exceptional — truly above and beyond. I am so happy with my results.
