Morpheus8

Morpheus8 - it was tolerable and quick

I was totally nervous and Alex and Sarah as well as the young lady working at the front, Ashley was her name I believe, were so accommodating and patient with me. They answered all my questions over and over, graciously. I can't think of a time I received better customer service. They are not just acting as if they care, you can tell they really care. As far as the procedure goes after 1.5 hours of numbing the service was pretty quick maybe 30 to 45 mins. I made it through and it was tolerable and quick, all my anxiety was for pretty much nothing. My face is a little swollen 24 hours later and red as they had mentioned it would be. I am going to post pics soon. So far I am happy with my choice to do Morpheus8. I am just wanting to stay younger longer, restore collagen, tighten up the lower part of my face and under my chin especially. I think Morpheus 8 is the best option after doing a ton of research and consults at 3 other spas. Fingers crossed it wasn't the cheapest but I think it's my face, no time to be cheap really.

I was so nervous about this procedure. If the med spa where I purchased them from had offered refunds, I’d have gone that route. But they don’t, so yesterday, I went in for the treatment. I am 48, and looking to improve skin texture —-particularly where I have acne scars — and volume. Also, fine lines and redness from mild rosacea and broken capillaries. I am a nut about my skin, and take very good care of it. I numbed for over an hour. And though the procedure wasn’t my favorite thing in the whole wide world, the pain was tolerable. My skin was red and puffy afterwards, and my face was hot for a few hours. A day later, I can see “striping” and tiny scabs forming. But I didn’t — and don’t— look nearly as bad as I feared. I was able to put on Oxigenetics foundation and be out and about without feeling too self-conscious. My only bummer is that I have been advised not to exercise until Sunday, and I’m training for a race. Updated on 25 Jan 2019: Well, things are getting worse, but apparently that’s normal. My face is super itchy, and red, swollen, and mottled. Using Aquaphor at night and using makeup during the day. This treatment is advertised as requiring”minimal downtime,.” Perhaps that’s relative to CO2? Updated on 25 Jan 2019: Updated on 25 Jan 2019: Yikes! Updated on 14 Feb 2019: I didn’t love the recovery from this procedure. My face looked as though I’d had a fight with a rose bush, and I was so itchy! It took a good five days before I felt like I wasn’t going to claw my face off. I figured I would use the package price I paid for something else — IPL, etc. However, I’m three weeks post-procedure, and I really do notice a difference in my acne scars. I can’t actually believe it. Now I think I will go through with the remaining two treatments, but I may add PRP for quicker recovery.
