I was totally nervous and Alex and Sarah as well as the young lady working at the front, Ashley was her name I believe, were so accommodating and patient with me. They answered all my questions over and over, graciously. I can't think of a time I received better customer service. They are not just acting as if they care, you can tell they really care. As far as the procedure goes after 1.5 hours of numbing the service was pretty quick maybe 30 to 45 mins. I made it through and it was tolerable and quick, all my anxiety was for pretty much nothing. My face is a little swollen 24 hours later and red as they had mentioned it would be. I am going to post pics soon. So far I am happy with my choice to do Morpheus8. I am just wanting to stay younger longer, restore collagen, tighten up the lower part of my face and under my chin especially. I think Morpheus 8 is the best option after doing a ton of research and consults at 3 other spas. Fingers crossed it wasn't the cheapest but I think it's my face, no time to be cheap really.
