I had spider veins on the side of my nose for the past 6 years and wanted them removed. Also I had a mole removed from the back of my neck just purely for cosmetic purposes. I merely wanted these procedures done because it was very visible as it is on my nose. Updated on 19 Aug 2021: I am enclosing my photo(this picture is however prior to my laser treatment) with makeup. I enjoyed my laser treatment experience and will post another photo in the future. I was very happy with the wonderful nurse Sarah at ICLS in Oakville. The personnel are highly efficient and professional. I also got to meet Laura the lady I had my virtual consultation with prior to the laser treatment. Very nice ladies!!

Dr. Sapra and his team of nursing staff are beyond incredible; they embody the true meaning of 'exceptional medical service' standards! As a skin cancer patient, I have been offered the best treatments possible to resolve my condition with minimal invasion and maximum results. Being a double cancer survivor, I am accustomed to the extremely overwhelming feeling of having to make medical decisions regarding various treatment options. It is a hard decision-making process when you are feeling scared and want to take care of your health but do not personally have the medical background to make an informed choice, especially amidst fear. Dr. Sapra and his nursing team helped me weigh the pros and cons of all possible options, thoroughly discussing each to help me determine my best path. Specifically, Nurse Lesley, has been a shining light on my world throughout my skincare needs. Her ability to answer questions in a calm way while providing the facts is remarkable. She is patient to address every inquiry, accurately describes procedures with her strong knowledge base, and takes the time to follow-up with clients. My treatment procedure was completed meticulously and was thankfully successful in clearing the cancer growths from my face. Following my skin cancer removal I had cosmetic lasering done on an angioma. I was fortunate to again work with Lesley for this procedure and was overly impressed with her brilliance. Overall, I would highly recommend ICLS Skin Centre and extend my utmost confidence in their ability to effectively address all dermatological needs with all the care in the world!

At almost 58, I was not enjoying the increase in wrinkles and crepey texture around my eyes. After a consult with Dr Sapra, I decided to move forward with Thermage. I generally don’t get nervous about procedures, however, as this was the eye area, I did have some anxiety on the day of treatment. Jennifer was wonderful! Her manner was very calming. I was able to self administer nitrous oxide when the treatment got a little intense which made the experience fairly comfortable. I had minimal ) one day) in downtime. While this type of treatment is not a quick fix and can take many months to see full results, at less than a month out, I’m already seeing improvements to skin texture and hooding on my lids. Jennifer has several decades of experience with lasers and is just a lovely person! I can’t wait to see the recounts as time goes on!

I paid for a consultation with Dr.Supra, and was told that the consultation fee could be deducted from the first treatment. However, they priced the first treatment at double the price of the subsequent treatments. For example, the consultation fee was about 150$. If the real cost of the treatment was 350$, they put the cost of the first treatment at 700$, so that even if I did deduct the consultation fee of 150$, the first treatment would still be more expensive than subsequent treatments (e.g.: 700 - 150 550$). So even though the consultation fee is "deducted", the extra cost of the first treatment is greater than the value of the price deduction! It's basically a scam!!! Also, even though the consultation was with the doctor, the person doing the procedure would not be an actual doctor, even though they charged more than other places where doctors are actually doing the procedures!
