Consultation review: doctor not the one that does the procedure

I paid for a consultation with Dr.Supra, and was told that the consultation fee could be deducted from the first treatment. However, they priced the first treatment at double the price of the subsequent treatments. For example, the consultation fee was about 150$. If the real cost of the treatment was 350$, they put the cost of the first treatment at 700$, so that even if I did deduct the consultation fee of 150$, the first treatment would still be more expensive than subsequent treatments (e.g.: 700 - 150 550$). So even though the consultation fee is "deducted", the extra cost of the first treatment is greater than the value of the price deduction! It's basically a scam!!!

Also, even though the consultation was with the doctor, the person doing the procedure would not be an actual doctor, even though they charged more than other places where doctors are actually doing the procedures!
