I got my implants July 2008 450 cc both saline, under muscle, mentor and never had an issue with them until recently. I'm in the process of getting them removed under local anesthesia-no lift, no replacement. I'm not in fear of the outcome- I've seen plenty of this similar procedure with beautiful results and praying I have same. I was a 34B before BA and currently 36D. I'm thankful for this...
I had 300ccs silicone implants placed partially under the muscle in 2018. Unfortunately I had a very hard time fitting into most dresses with this breast size and decided to get them removed. Dr. Jonathan Cook did an amazing job from start to finish. He's a very caring and attentive doctor who made my experience very comforting while also delivering amazing results! Highly recommend him as a...
The procedure went great. However, I was expecting more amount of fillers than what I received. The results were good but my dark circles seem to reappear. Nevertheless, thank you for the great procedure!
I received facetite and neck liposuction from Dr. Cook. Dr. Cook was very nice and he recommended what he thought would be the best way to remove my excess fat. He was very supportive and did not make me feel more insecure about my double chin. In terms of the staff they were all very welcoming. The whole team made it clear that they were their to support you. I went to the Boca Raton facility...

A: These are easy to treat with the right laser. I like the Sciton Clear V for this. I have posted a few on our instagram. you should be able to find a provider in san francisco #thedrdandpshow
A: Microneedle RF devices like Sylfirm, Morpheus, Genius etc can cause fat loss if the needles are placed into the fat. With more superficial treatments it should not cause fat loss. The Halo laser (we did some of the original studies for this) should not cause fat loss as it does not treat deep enough to hit the fat. We currently prefer Halo for acne scars as the newer settings we have used are truly giving amazing results. Drs. Sherrif Ibrahim (Rochester, NY) and Chris Robb (Nashville) have done most of the research on Halo for acne scars.
A: I am a big fan of Sciton TRL - that’s their erbium full field tunable resurfacing laser. I have been using for years and it’s still my go to for perioral lines
A: In lighter skinned people dark circles are almost always caused by increased veins in the lower lids. The best treatment for these blue veins is a Nd:YAG laser - wavelength 1064nm. Look for an experienced practice with a Sciton clear-v or Cutera excel-v. There are other 1064 lasers but these are modern devices that are less risky due to their cooling systems. I cant stress enough to go to an experienced practitioner
A: we have almost all of those technologies and based on your ethnicity and skin type i would do a halo. its best for pigment and pores the microneedle whether rf or not may help the pores and fine lines but not the pigment. the cold peel wond do much
