Other surgeons had refused to do my complicated nose! I had a short, bulbous nose, it took both Charles and Lydia 5 hours to complete with a rib graft. I was so nervous and they have both been incredible, they genuinely care. I have had so many follow up calls and appointments. To say I love my new nose is an understatement, everyone around me can’t believe the transformation. I have not experienced any pain or black eyes, they are true artists at what they do. Yes it was expensive but it was well worth it, and you most definitely pay for what you get. This was a primary surgery and I’m so happy I chose the right surgeons first time. I’m so thankful to both of them my experience and my new nose!

From the minute I came to see Lydia I knew I was making the right decision, she made me feel so so reassured and we both agreed I was doing this for the right reason. I had always disliked the shape of my nose, particularly side on and when I smiled.

My nose job journey couldn’t have been smoother, I was lucky enough to end up having both Lydia and Charles in for my surgery and they were both so so kind, taking away any nerves I may have felt. From pre op, post op and the following weeks and months and now years they were in constant contact with me, always checking in, providing tips and helping me with my swelling post op. I was instantly so happy with the results and truly they have only ever got better as time has gone on.

Getting a nose job was one of the best decisions I’ve made, the confidence I now feel is amazing, I used to constantly think about my nose and worry about how I looked and it’s so freeing not having those thoughts any more. I wish I hadn't held off for so long and had gone sooner when this is something I have thought about since in my teens.

Having rhinoplasty performed by Mr East is the best decision I have ever made. He is an incredible, world-class surgeon. I am only one week post surgery - I have no bruising and my nose is perfect. I had a deviated septum (my nose was crooked from a front-on view, twisting to the left). I also had a bulbous tip, and a high and wide bridge. All my complaints have been remedied. My nose is now straight front-on, my tip is more refined and I have a gentler/more feminine bridge and profile. My nose looks even better than the morphs created in my consultation. But importantly it also looks very natural.

Dr. East truly changed my life in both form and function. He took the time to fully understand what I wanted to achieve, made me feel comfortable that he would do what I wanted and he did it better than I would have imagined. I feel like and look like myself, which was very important to me with this surgery, but with the exact adjustments I always wished for! I couldn't be happier with the results!!
As for function, I used to get horrible migraines more than twice a week due to obstructed breathing, along with many other breathing issues, and I am so happy to say that since surgery I have not had one migraine and all breathing related issues are gone!

As soon as I first met Lydia Badia I knew I would trust her with my surgery. She is the kindest woman I have ever met whilst still being professional. I just could not have imagined doing my surgery with anyone else. She understood my wishes perfectly which was to get a more feminine nose and to stop it drooping when I smile. She understood deeply the psychological effects of having a rhinoplasty and discussed this with me a lot. I trusted her so much that I had no nerves going into the surgery, not even in the operating room. She actually called me the day before the surgery to reassure me and to tell me the anesthetist, James, who was also amazing and really lovely. He also texted the night before to check if I had any questions. The whole recovery process was very easy and less painful than having braces. I just took a combo of Nurofen and paracetamol. Lydia called me a couple of times to check that I was ok and the nurse called me every day in my recovery. It barely bled and was all really smooth. When I had my cast taken off I just felt this massive relief flooding through me and it felt as though this massive weight had been taken off my shoulders. It looks so incredibly natural and not ‘done’ it is not too small and perfectly fits my face. Charles and Lydia are truly artists. It was swollen for a couple weeks but improved every day and my confidence grows every single day too. I feel like a different person and I just cannot express my gratitude. Charles and Lydia have changed my life and I will never forget them. I am now so excited to go to university feeling my most confident self and not to worry about what side of my face people are seeing. I just cannot recommend rhinoplasty enough and if you are going to do it, rhinoplasty London is so caring and professional I really reccomend them. I had my revision rhinoplasty with Charles East and I am genuinely happy to a degree I never thought was possible. His experience and knowledge was obvious from the first video consultation. I had made the mistake of having my first rhinoplasty done by a turkish surgeon who works in London and I stupidly believed his self proclaimed kingdom. Charles East team are brilliant and caring, I was scared of going through another operation but I feel nothing buy relief and joy that I can now get past my turkish nightmare. In wanting to save money I have had to pay twice.

I am extremely pleased I chose Dr East to perform my septorhinoplasty at the beginning of 2024. It was very important to me that the result is subtle, not exaggerated, and natural.
