In January I had a breast augmentation (dual-plane 280cc) with Maisam Fazel at Refresh Cosmetic Surgery in Amersham. The whole experience from start to finish was supportive, caring and focussed on the best possible outcome. I love the results- they're natural and in keeping with my overall physique - and would recommend Dr. Fazel to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.
After seeing three other surgeons over two years and never feeling confident enough to go ahead, meeting Mr Fazel was completely different. From my very first appointment at the Amersham clinic, he put me at ease immediately. He clearly knows what he is talking about and is very confident in his work, which gave me real reassurance.

I had such an incredible experience with Dr Maisam Fazel at Refresh Cosmetic surgery. After doing much research, I opted for Dr Fazel to perform a breast augmentation and mastoplexy in October 2025. The procedure was a complete success and took place in the Amersham medispa (with additional consultations in the princess margaret hospital, windsor which was closer to me geographically) I am overjoyed with the results!

I had an appointment and with Maisam Fazel at Refresh Cosmetic Surgery in Windsor and I had my surgery which was breast augmentation and lift at Fitzrovia Hospital in London which he performed personally.
