I recently underwent gynecomastia surgery with Mr Maisam Fazel at Refresh Medispa in Amersham, and I am absolutely delighted with both the experience and the results.
From the very first consultation, I felt reassured that I was in safe hands. Mr Fazel is clearly an expert in his field, but what stood out even more was how much he genuinely cares about his patients. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and I always felt supported and looked after.
The results have exceeded my expectations. The outcome looks completely natural, and I have achieved exactly what I hoped for.
I would also like to thank Olivia, Mr Fazel's PA, who was fantastic throughout. She was always quick to answer any questions and made everything straightforward and stress-free. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and professional at every appointment.
Shortly after surgery, I unfortunately suffered a herniated disc in my lower back, which made travelling to appointments very difficult. Mr Fazel and his team were incredibly understanding and went out of their way to accommodate my situation. They even suggested and offered alternative treatments for my back when I was unable to attend my early lymphatic drainage sessions. The lymphatic drainage sessions I was able to attend were adapted to my situation and were focused on my chest and lower back recovery.
The level of care went far beyond what I expected. After struggling for weeks to obtain an MRI through both the NHS and private healthcare channels, Mr Fazel personally helped arrange a private MRI appointment. This was invaluable and greatly assisted my recovery for my back.
I am genuinely grateful to Mr Fazel, Olivia, and the whole team for everything they have done. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.
