Never really liked the size that was put in, 375 each under the muscle. I had no complications. I had a loft at the time (you could see my original journey). They dropped quite a bit as I had still so much skin, so I went back to PS and she fixed them by giving me another lift and an internal bra. That was last November 2017. So here we are today, they are just too big. I can’t lay on my stomach comfortably, and it’s hard to snuggle with my hubby. Also, my shorts look terrible because my boobs are so big and I have a short torso... so I look all boob! So today I had them out. I went into the office half and our earl. They have me Ativan, 2 mg, and I just chilled for a bit. Honestly the meds didn’t work till after, but it wasn’t a problem. The dog and in and numbed my breast (love my PS), gave me some time, and the removed them one at a time with a small incision under the fold of my breast. I didn’t feel anything... expect her fingers rubbing against my ribs trying to get the implant out. It was creepy.... but they are out. I felt nothing and feel ok. I looked down and wasn’t too scared! Remember I had two lifts, so I’m not sure ow they will look ????. Now it’s about 5 hours later and I’m starting to get sore. I took ibuprofen and Tylenol, as well as vit C and zinc for healing. I also have ice oaks across my chest and the ace wraps on pretty tight. Tomorrow will be a new days! Updated on 14 Mar 2019: So this was the day I took it all down. I had minimal pain, some pec spasms, kind of took my breath away, but ibuprofen and Tylenol work fine. They said I could take it down and shower today, but being a nurse I wanted to wait. I was afraid of what I would see. I’ve seen the double bubbles the retracted nipples and, honestly, it scared the sh$t out of me! I was ready to accept what it was, plus I trust my PS completely. So the reveal happened tonight. I was beyond words! They are perfect... in a day one kind of perfect way! I know they will improve, but I couldn’t be happier!! Small inc underneath, they just look like sagging boobs... but they are my sagging boobs! I put a zip up sports bra on and I even tried a bikini top on I bought for our family vaca in a few weeks. Everything looks good Sleeping was fine as well, just sore again and really just not use to having nothing fall on my arms when I lay sideways!

I have to say from the consultation until now , all the staff I have come in contact with are very friendly and always helpful! I chose Dr.Lynch for my tummy tuck. He did an amazing job, I am so very happy at 2 mos post op that I made this decision! Healing great, feeling great and looking even better!!

I’m 45 and a mother of 3 grown children and grandmother of 3! I decided to have a TT and Lipo because i workout 5-6 days a week but have not been happy with my stomach. I have had 4 stomach surgeries and he scarring and loose skin are frustrating. The doctor said i was a very good candidate due to muscle under neath. She said i will have a flat stomach and a six pack!!! How exciting is that!! My surgery was Monday. I am doing great. I was expecting some excessive pain for the first few days, from what i was told and read. However it hasn’t been bad at all!! Here are some before pics! I will keep you all posted! Updated on 13 Apr 2018: Things are going good! I did pass out when i was getting ready to take my first shower! I think it was a mixture of first taking off my girdle and also seeing and removing the bloody bandages. Very scary but thank God my boyfriend was helping me! Today was second shower and no issues. I have not been able to go to the bathroom yet, tried miralax, colace and today milk of magnesia. Hoping for luck soon! My biggest discomforts have been the inability to go to he bathroom, lower back pain from walking hunched over and some itchiness from healing. So that’s not too bad!! Here are some pics from today. Still very swollen and bruised but happy with how it all looks so far Updated on 16 Apr 2018: Well overall things are going well. Sleeping at night has been a challenge. Tried to sleep in my bed last night with pillows under my knees and head but just couldn’t get comfortable and was nervous about turning on my side during the night so about 230am ended up back on the recliner. Which still was tough. It was like restless leg syndrome feeling in my right leg and arm. Drove me insane! So about 330 decided to take a pain pill ( hadn’t taken any all day) to try and relax my body. It worked so was able to finally get some sleep around 4am. So tonight staying in the recliner and taking a pain pill before bed. Doctor follow Tuesday. Hoping to get the drains out but also not looking to rush if not ready. Updated on 17 Apr 2018: Hasn’t follow up today. Went great! Drains are out thank god! Dr Gannon said everything looks great. Still pretty swollen but looks great. Upgraded from my girdle to my bodysuit! Lucky me! I’m gonna try to sleep in my bed tonight now that the drains are gone. I’m super happy with the way things are going! Updated on 18 Apr 2018: Updated on 18 Apr 2018: Today was a great day! Feeling very good! Basically standing straight up. Slept in my bed last night for the first time. So great!! Scheduled my next follow up and massage for next Wednesday!

I have always been a 26A since i stopped growing! i always wanted a full chest. I started to look into breast augmentation. I looked at many different sites and doctors. When I looked in the mirror I saw a stranger. That was all the motivation I needed and I'm sure, many people can relate. In my humble opinion, I not only look quite a bit younger, but I can honestly say that my mood is much improved and I feel energized. If there is a downside to any of this, I am glad to say that I haven't found it. I have had 2 BA'S w/Dr. Gannon. After first surgery I developed Keloids on my scar's ( not her fault ) I also decided I wanted to go a little bigger she fixed my scars and did the 2nd BA for 1/3 of the price. I go to her for botox now and am thinking of having the coolsculpting soon and I completely trust her. She makes me feel comfortable and is very friendly. She always asks how my daughter is when I come in. She is very personable. I love her. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I visited the Plastic Surgery Group with my girlfriend to support her decision for breast augmentation. After Dr. Rockmore talked with her about her options and what surgery entailed, I quickly raised my hand to see if I could get a consult right then and there, he was happy to squeeze me in. I left the appointment having decided on three different breast sizes for myself and a surgery date, I was so excited and happy that he was able to fit me in that day! On surgery day Dr. Rockmore came to talk with me while I was being prepped to go over what we talked about at our initial consult and to go over recovery one more time. Having not decided on an implant size I was a little nervous to see how the surgery would go. In recovery I was told I received the smallest of my choices and I remember being a little disappointed because I have always wanted large breasts. Now that I am 2.5 weeks out from surgery, I am SO HAPPY that Dr. Rockmore made the executive decision he did while I was on the table. He let me know at my post-op appointment that my body could only handle the size he gave me. And shirts are hard to find now that fit, I can't imagine the problems I would have with a larger size implant! The experience with Dr. Rockmore was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone, both in and out of the country. I plan to visit him again in the near future with some work for him to do and I'm excited because I know I will have another great experience.

After breastfeeding both of my kids i couldn't believe how small my breast got. I just wanted to get back the breast I had before children. Dr Gannon understood that I wanted a natural look and a size that matched my small frame. Dr Gannon did such a good job. I love my new breast. Feel like I have my pre-pregnancy breast back.
