I went in to see Dr.Norris at Norris Plastic Surgery Center at 6400 Fannin Suite #2130 in Houston, TX in April 2015 and by May 1, 2015 I paid and was scheduled for surgery on May 14, 2015 @ 9 am. I went to see Dr. Norris after finding him on REAL SELF off of being dissatisfied with the last 2 consults. I felt Dr. Norris knew what I wanted before my mouth started moving.
