Dr. Morgan E. Norris, III is a double board-certified plastic surgeon and founder of Norris Plastic Surgery in Houston, Texas. He completed residencies in Plastic Surgery at State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn, New York; in Maxillofacial Surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City; and in Microsurgery and Hand at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. In addition to practicing medicine in the U.S. Navy, Dr. Norris also served as an assistant professor of plastic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. Board certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Norris holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Hand and Microsurgery. He is a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
