I went in to see Dr.Norris at Norris Plastic Surgery Center at 6400 Fannin Suite #2130 in Houston, TX April 11, 2015 and by May 1, 2015 I paid and was scheduled for surgery on May 14, 2015 @ 9 am for a breast lift with implants. I went to see Dr. Norris after finding him on REAL SELF off of being dissatisfied with the last 2 consults from different docs. I felt Dr. Norris knew what I wanted before my mouth started moving. He and his staff were patient and courteous for both initial consult, pre-op consult, emails and courtesy calls. Dr. Norris office offers procedure discounts and BOTOX PARTIES!!!!
