What a huge difference using good skincare makes

Holly did my first Halo/BBL in 2018, and it made me a believer in the power of laser to make my skin look so much better. She got rid of sun damage, fine lines, rough patches, redness and made my pores look better-smaller. Also she started me on the Metropolitan medial grade skincare. WOW, what a huge difference using good skincare makes. I am 100% sold on staying with a program of annual Halo, monthly BBL. And now Metropolitan has Moxi. A laser that also really helps

Worth It

I cannot believe how much better my face looks

I just had nose. chin, jaw and midface filler with Suzanne St. James. She is such a pro, so kind and takes a lot of time to explain all of the procedures. She has been doing my Botox since 2018, and it is always a bright spot in my busy day to see her. I cannot believe how much better my face looks. Subtle, natural and completely refreshed. I really want to say, if you are thinking about Juvederm HA injections, Suzanne is a really amazing choice for your practitioner.

Worth It

My skin looks really clear, tight, and smooth

Nikki does my laser treatments. She is AMAZING. She does BBL monthly on my skin, and it looks completely different from when I started. I am 63, and my skin looks really clear, tight, and smooth. I love how clinical Metropolitan is, while always treating me with warmth and friendliness.

Worth It

Best Botox - it has really made a big difference in how I look

Chay is amazing! She does my Botox, and has really made a big difference in how I look. It's more that treating my lines (I am 63) she treats my neck, chin and give my brows a lift. She is detailed and also very specific about placement of Botox.

Lack of Service Compared to Previous Years.

used to love coming to this place but something has happened during the last two years. Not only has there been great turnover of very good employees but the practices have changed regarding schedule changes. You used to be able to text or email but now required to call in. In this day and age all options should be available. In addition they automatically charge you $100 to reschedule.

I’ve driven over 100 miles to go to them because of the services they used to

Not Worth It

Really Disappointed

I went to Metro on France several months ago for chin filler and was seen by Suzanne. Initially she was very welcoming, and spoke highly of her expertise with injections. I had wanted a little filler in my chin for quite sometime, and initially Suzanne made me feel very comfortable, so I decided to make my appointment.
