Following up from my review

About a day after I wrote my review, I received a phone call from Ryan, who is the Operations Manager, saying that he could see the issues I was experiencing and was vert apologetic about what happened. He offered to have the product dissolved, or to add more product free of charge. However, since I had already found a new injector that I am really comfortable with, he agreed to refund me for part of the product that was used. I was impressed with their desire to swiftly reach out and correct the situation. It is great to know that actually are understanding, and want their clients to be satisfied with their work.

Really Disappointed

I went to Metro on France several months ago for chin filler and was seen by Suzanne. Initially she was very welcoming, and spoke highly of her expertise with injections. I had wanted a little filler in my chin for quite sometime, and initially Suzanne made me feel very comfortable, so I decided to make my appointment. Upon the day of my procedure, Suzanne brought me back for my before pictures, while mentioning she had just gotten over the flu and how tired she was (not something you want to hear from someone who is going to be injecting your face). After the numbing cream was applied, Suzanne came back to the exam room to inject me. There was no measuring of my face, no markings made; it just did not feel as though she were taking the time to ensure precision. She then injected me in just two places; one injection too far on the right of my face, and one in the middle of my chin. No product was injected on my left side. This was a surprise as she told me during my consultation and just before the injection that she would inject me in three places. As I got home, I noticed the asymmetry almost immediately. However, I thought it could just be swelling and that it would probably go away. As the weeks passed, I saw no improvement. I could even almost see a clump of product below my skin. I called the office and Suzanne said I should be patient and wait until my checkup. Once there, Suzanne took me to take my after pictures, and asked how I was liking it. I told her very nicely that I had been having some concerns over the past few weeks about the asymmetry. She immediately changed her tone, and was quite dismissive, saying that she didn’t see anything. She had not even taken me back to an exam room to actually give my chin a good look or to hear my concerns. She said I should wait another week to see if anything went down. By the time I left I was so sad and angry. I had just spent $800 and was so unhappy with the results. I have now been 100x more self conscious about my chin than I was before due to the blatant asymmetry. After her being so dismissive of my concerns, I felt no reason to return for a 2nd checkup as I had no confidence my concerns would be heard. I am really, really disappointed with my experience. $800 is a lot of money for someone my age to pay, and now I’m looking as having to have it dissolved and refilled, costing me way more than I should be paying.
