Lack of Service Compared to Previous Years.

used to love coming to this place but something has happened during the last two years. Not only has there been great turnover of very good employees but the practices have changed regarding schedule changes. You used to be able to text or email but now required to call in. In this day and age all options should be available. In addition they automatically charge you $100 to reschedule.

I’ve driven over 100 miles to go to them because of the services they used to provide. Unfortunately there was not even a save attempt keep me as a customer. The loss will be some other businesses gain.

I’ve spent a great deal of money with them and thought we had a good partnership but at the end of the day it comes down to the dollar that
will break the business in the long run.
