I received a tummy tuck, lipo to buttocks, arms and neck, with neck tite and body tite. He also reduced my arreola size giving me a slight breast lift without the major price tag and surgery for it. After i was done having kids, i wasn't left too bad but i wanted to go ahead and get tweaked up a bit and why not all at once? I am currently a week post op and the recovery has been smooth. It wasn't as painful as i anticipated. Im already getting up and showering on my own. I am still taking it easy but my recovery looks like it is becoming very quick. Marietta plastic surgery has been nothing but amazing. They have great customer service with wonderful bedside manner. The staff and Doctor were very knowledgeable and patient with answering all my questions. Dr mcneel understood everything that i wanted. He knew i wanted subtle changes with great results. Even after having surgery recently, i can see that the results will be amazing. I am just so happy with the entire experience that im still in disbelief that everything far exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to see my final results after my swelling goes down. Dr. Mcneel is indeed a master at what he does and calling his work "Magic" is an understatement.

I have PCOS and ALL of my weight would go to my stomach my entire life. I didn't have the recovery time to do a TT, so I opted for abdominal and chin lipo. Dr. Hanna at Marietta Plastic Surgery did an excellent job on the lipo! The pain after surgery was super intense for a couple of hours, but then I was mostly fine except some soreness and bruising. The swelling would come and go based on my activity level, but pretty much went down after 6-8 weeks. Such a noticeable difference and I can feel the amazing difference every day!!

So I’ve always been self conscious of my post pregnancy stomach. I am 5’1 and am 105 lbs and only Fluctuate up or down 2 lbs at most. I gained 25 with both my pregnancies. I did not want a full or mini tummy tuck, I didn’t feel like my loose skin was worth that large scar and major surgery. I had a consult with the surgeon (after 3 years of researching BodyTite). I figured it would help the pooch and the little bit of sagging I had. He recommend I add the Morpheus8 for further skin tightening and I agreed. I am so happy with the results and I am only 10 days post op. Can’t wait to see what the next 3,6 and 12 months look like

Front and side Picture. I still have some loose skin but it’s so much better than before. I feel a little bloaty in these pictures- my stomach is usually way more flat. Thank you summer! Also I am sunburned a little bit that’s because for the first time since kids I wore a bikini!

Since I’ve been a young girl I always wanted to have bigger breasts. I can remember I used to stuff tissue in my breast and buy fake inserts to make the appearance of big breast. But now as I pay attention to my sisters who have big breast facts I was so annoyed. Before my birthday last month I realized that I want to do something for me and my breast was a birthday gift to myself I can’t really tell if they look how I desired them however I know as of today is day one of surgery I got a little bit more time to discover that. Here are some before pictures of me and also some with pictures that I wish my breast look like.

So today I went in the office and met with Dr. Hannah for my one week postop. I cannot believe just this last Thursday I went in to have a procedure I always wanted. Everyone at the office from the beginning to today have been absolutely amazing. What I really appreciate about my experience is the care, patience, and opportunity two ask as many questions as I needed to make me feel comfortable about my procedure.

Now on to the good stuff. I am feeling much more comfortable with my implants than I did on the second day. I will be honest I was in a lot of pain and I felt like they were not big at all, however now after a few days I can see the potential for my newbies. Let’s be clear they’re definitely bigger than they were before (see below of the size I had prior to surgery). I’m going to do my best to make sure I keep you all updated on my journey.

My dominant side is dropping more than the other which is to be expected. I’m so happy with my decision and love seeing my results daily. At my next appointment (1mth) I plan to purchase a little bit more comfortable bras. This is a snippet of my progress and my scars.

Tomorrow marks 2months since my BA. I’ve been so satisfied thus far. The way shirts fit me is phenomenal. I’m looking forward to them getting a little softer, but other than that no issues thus far.

It has been six months and I totally feel like my girls are a part of me. I am still forever happy I decided to move forward with the surgery. Thankfully I haven’t had any complications that’s far, and hoping it remains the same. As of now I feel them bounce more, LOL they feel really natural and all of my sensation has returned. When my husband and I were active early on I could not feel this kisses, but what time I can honestly say I have all sensation!

Why did I do it? Let me start off by saying, I have always loved my lips. They are not too big, not too small but as I aged, they looked permanently chapped all the time, the natural wrinkles on them became extremely deep (I realize they lost a slight bit of volume and that's normal over the years). Lip balm was gathering in those deep wrinkles on my lips and driving me nuts. My lips were soooo itchy all the time. So I decided to ask my doctor about maybe using a filler there to solve my problem. I didn't want any reshaping or adding extreme volume. I just wanted them smooth enough (like they were years ago) where my balm wasn't settling in and driving me nuts.
THE PLAN: Dr. McNeel knows that I am a "light touch" patient so I don't want drastic change. I don't really want anyone to notice I've had anything done. As far as plastic surgery goes, I am a "refurbisher" over being a "remodeler." Dr. McNeel knows that about me and recommended that I do 1/2 a syringe. That sounded good to me. Start off light and if I need more, then I get more. A good plan. PROCEDURE: Now as far as the procedure, Dr. McNeel also does tear trough filler for me so I am no stranger to filler injections. The lip injections are more painful than my tear trough injections probably because the lips are just a more sensitive area. The procedure doesn't take long. You are numb but you do feel it here and there for a few seconds but it is tolerable for me. All of my injections were into the meat of the lip and not into my borders or cupid's bow. AFTERCARE: A little icing on the day of on and I kept my lips moisturized with a bit of Aquaphor Lip Ointment. I did not use any Arnica because it doesn't work on me (probably my body chemistry). I bruise all the time and using it does absolutely nothing for my bruising. I just wait it out. Most of my bruises go away after 1 - 2 weeks. My lips were sore for about 2 days. Not bad sore, just you didn't want to rub them together. Day 3 they looked really swollen but they did not hurt. Of course, they were bruised. It looked like I "chewed" my lip but I expected bruising. The bumps that some reviews talk about, I experienced them but they go away after a few days. It's probably is just the filler settling in combined with the injection swelling. Otherwise, healing has been a breeze and my bruising is almost gone as I am writing this review at Day 9. I took pictures after my shower with no makeup, no lip balm so that you could see the natural process of healing over a week's time not just some before and after. WAS IT WORTH IT? At Day 9, I am happy with my results. My lips look natural (actually they look like they did in pictures from 20 years ago), and I am not experiencing the itchy lips from the lip balm settling into the cracks like before so problem solved. At this point, I think I would definitely have them retouched with 1/2 a syringe once a year. It is nice not having that itchy lip feeling and not having my lips look chapped all the time.

They say the final result is visible at the 2 week mark. I love my final result. Dr. McNeel and the 1/2 syringe accomplished just what I wanted. Goodbye chapped lips look! And ... natural. So happy.

Lips look great. I get compliments on my "lipstick" because people notice they look good but can't pinpoint why. I just love that they don't look chapped anymore. I don't have any lumps like some people complain about and I have had no problems whatsoever so far. I am happy that I did it. I was on the fence about doing it but it was just what I needed.

I’ll post before and after pics when I go back for my follow up, but already so glad I did. Dr. West and his team were professional, thorough, and friendly through the procedure! He took off 9lbs of skin. Can’t wait to see the results :)

I feel amazing after the incredible experience I had, the whole team of Marietta plastic surgery made me feel like home, and Dr. Mcneel work is impeccable. I am loving my results, no pain or discomfort. 10/10

This is after 2 weeks post Op, and i am thrilled with my results. I am so happy in how they look now, no regrets at all. If you are thinking about it go ahead and do it. No pain no discomfort just a little bit itchy on the incisions

Just had my breast augmentation with Dr. McNeel at Marietta Plastic Surgery in Marietta, GA. I am 31 years old, no children, 5'3" and my weight fluctuates from 120-127 lbs. My starting bra size was a 34A and I went into surgery with the goal of being a full C cup. After a thorough pre-op consultation with Dr. McNeel, we agreed that somewhere between 350-400 cc silicone implants will give me the results I'm looking for. He also suggested liposuction of the fatty tissue in my armpit. He actually called it extra breast tissue, as I've had it for as long as I can remember no matter what weight I have been.. so I decided to that too!! Here are my pre-op photos.

Post-op day 1 and I’m feeling pretty good! I’ve been alternating Percocet with robaxin & ibuprofen for pain control and that’s been working well. Nothing much to see yet on progress photos. My PS said I can take the ace wrap off tomorrow and shower so I’ll get some better shots then!

Took the ace wrap off this morning. The girls are riding high and tight, so excited to see them drop! I have some minimal bruising in my armpits from the lipo but otherwise everything is looking good so far! My chest definitely feels tighter today, but that’s to be expected. Still alternating Percocet with robaxin & ibuprofen for pain.

Feeling much less sore than yesterday.. although both breasts are still high and tight. I can sit up and get off the couch much easier than yesterday and I’m taking less Percocet. Still doing robaxin and ibuprofen every 6 hours. I was able to shower last night which felt great! Incisions are still covered but I have very minimal bruising around them. Trying to stay hydrated and get rid of some of this post-op bloating, but I know this will go down with time. Overall, super happy with the progress thus far!

Slept much better last night.. managed to tilt a little on my side (so hard for me to sleep on my back). I was able to wash my hair today with help from my fiancé, and I haven’t taken Percocet at all.. just managing pain with robaxin and ibuprofen. Feeling tightness in my chest and some mild burning in my incisions but no major pain. Picture is pre-op vs day 3!

No major changes here, the girls are continuing to drop slowly! You can tell how high they still are in my side profile photo. Still feeling just tightness in my chest and tenderness in my incisions but otherwise not bad at all! Went out shopping for a couple hours today and tried on some new zip front bras I got from Amazon. Loving how they look in this bra!!

I’m about 5.5 weeks post op and I LOVE them!! I think the size and shape are perfect for my frame! Haven’t gotten officially sized yet but ordered a 34C from Amazon that fits well. I’ve been able to comfortably sleep on my side/stomach for a couple weeks now.
