Lower Bleph and Fat Repositioning at Marble Plastic Surgery

Lower bleph, Marble Plastic Surgery Did a lower bleph plus fat repositioning for my undereye hollows at Marble Plastic Surgery one month ago. They were the most responsive out of the three clinics I contacted- Heekyung, the lady I was speaking to, was probably the reason I decided to go with Marble. Communication is very prompt which was what I was mainly looking for given that this is my first surgery. I did not do any in-person consults with any other clinics and paid a non-refundable deposit prior to arrival in Seoul. My main concern was the undereye hollows. I was very clear that I did not want fat grafting , only fat repositioning. Also asked about a sub-brow lift because I assumed my upper eyelids were sagging. I was told on the day of the consultation that I do not have sagging on the upper eyelids, just thicker skin. Was recommended a ptosis correction via DES but ultimately decided to not go for that as I did not want the scar (a friend who did a double eyelid surgery still has the scar many years later) and I figured I liked my asymmetry. Ok the day of surgery you're told to fast (no water, no food) for a few hours before. Placed under twilight surgery so you're able to respond to instruction. The first rush of anaesthesia up your veins was trippy as you feel like you're moving from room to room in different coloured lights. You're on the surgery table with harnesses (sic?) tohold your arms in place. Incisions were made outside, not inside the lash line, I was told to basically hold the fat in place. The surgery line was clean though and nobody notices it unless I actively point it out. Surgery I think was about 2.5 hours. I was placed under again after for 5 minutes to get Rejuran before being helped up onto the waiting room. Recovery- stitches were taken out 7 days later. I was staying at the OCloud hotel which was some 4-5 minutes walk away which made everything so much easier. Finished the surgery after 8pm that evening and managed to walk back. Was given painkillers for the next 3 days, antibiotic drops and ointment. Zero pain. Was told to ice and then use heating pads during recovery. The fridge at oCloud was not cold enough but in any case Heekyung emphasised that walking is more essential to recovery so the best would be to get a lot of steps in during the recovery stage. One thing I've not seen mentioned anywhere is to keep the ointment on at all times. I was out with a friend on the 6th day and forgot to apply the ointment and that was the only time I felt an uncomfortable, almost sharp pain on the stitch line, which made the skin look puckered. It's best to keep the incision area moisturised with the ointment at all times. Side effect of the surgery is that my dry eyes from lasik seems to have improved . Also my eyelashes seem to be more obvious now. The doctor did cut the lower lashes to prevent infection but the lashes both upper and lower look thicker for some reason- something I've noticed on several before and afters. Very happy overall at the one month stage. I understand that I didn't have enough undereye fat for the repositioning so I moderated my expectations and am happy with the results. Dr Suh, who did the surgery, was conservative and cut only 70% of what he felt was the sagging undereye skin. I appreciate the conservative approach.

Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty at Marble Plastic Surgery

I recently underwent rhinoplasty at Marble Plastic Surgery, and i'm now one month post op. My main concerns before surgery were my bulbous tip and a slight bump on my nose. After having two consultations with Dr. Hyung Kim, I felt reassured and confident in moving forward with the procedure. I highly recommend bringing clear photos of your desired side profile references to your consultation, as it really helps the surgeon understand your aesthetic goals. Dr. Kim was incredibly attentive and patient throughout the entire process. He made sure to address all of my concerns and answered any questions I had, which made the experience much more comfortable. I also want to extend a big thank you to the translator, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She was very supportive, ensuring that communication was smooth and that I felt completely understood at every stage. I'm very happy with the overall shape of my nose. However, my tip is a bit more protruded and longer than I expected. Dr Kim and the staff reassured me that this is normal and will subside over the next few months, so i'm hopeful that it will settle into place. Overall, i'm very pleased with the results so far and appreciate the care I received from Dr. Kim and the staff at Marble Plastic Surgery. Updated on 29 Dec 2025: It’s now been two months since my rhinoplasty and my nose is starting to settle more into my face. The swelling continues to go down and the results are looking more natural. One side still appears slightly more protruded than the other, which I understand can be part of the healing process at this stage. Overall, I’m happy with how things are progressing and looking forward to the final result.

Worth ItMACS Facelift

Two Weeks Post Op

I love Marble Plastic Surgery and I cannot wait to get my next procedures done with them. I never ever thought I would have facial plastic surgery. Recently, as I’m getting older, I realized if I’m going to live another 30+ years, I need to upgrade my face and body. We do it with our cars and houses. And until we can go to a store and pick out the next face and body for an upgrade, plastic surgery (in moderation) is my solution. Marble Plastic Surgery is every good thing you have read so far about them. I trust them, every one of their staff from reception, translators (HeeKyung & Min), nurses, technicians, and of course, the doctors. From the beginning to post-op, it felt like first class, professional customer care service. Updated on 2 Oct 2025: I’m two months out from my procedures with Marble Plastic Surgery (sub-brow lift, mid-face lift, and MACS facelift with neck lift), and I couldn’t be happier. My results look natural, refreshed, and better every week. The entire experience—from consultation to aftercare—was first-class. The doctors, nurses, and translators (special thanks to HeeKyung & Min) made me feel fully supported, even traveling alone to Seoul. I trust Marble Plastic Surgery completely and look forward to future procedures with them.

Worth ItBreast Augmentation

I Love my Results

I recently got my breast augmentation done in Korea and honestly, I’m so happy with the results so far! I wanted to share my experience in case anyone else is thinking about doing it — especially if you're considering going abroad for it like I did. The Results I’m so happy with how everything turned out — the size is perfect for my body. The doctor up going with Motiva 300cc, placed under the muscle. During my consultation, the doctor recommended that size based on my body shape and what I wanted. At first, I wasn’t sure, I thought it might be too big and too small at the same time, but I trusted his professional opinion and I’m glad I did. He really knew what would look best on me, even better than I did at the time. Scarring & Healing They did the incision just along the bottom half of my areola instead of the full circle or a lollipop style, and I think that’s really helped with healing. The scar is minimal, and it’s already looking better every week. I’ve been taking care of it like they told me, and I feel like it’s healing really well. The Clinic & Staff The clinic was super clean and modern everyone there looked so professional and made me feel really safe and comfortable. During the consultation, they went over everything in detail: the different types of implants, sizing options, where they could be placed, and what would give me the best outcome. I never felt rushed or pressured — they really took the time to help me understand everything and make the best choice for me. Language Support One of the best parts of the whole experience was the translator. She stayed with me throughout the whole process and made me feel completely at ease. She was so sweet and made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable before and after surgery. I honestly don’t know how I would’ve done it without her! Recovery Pain-wise, it was way better than I expected. It honestly just felt like soreness, not sharp pain. I was out of work for about a week — I mostly rested and didn’t move my arms much. By the end of the week, I felt a lot better and could start doing little everyday things again (carefully, of course). The hardest part was definitely getting out of bed in the beginning because you can’t use your chest muscles. But overall, it was super manageable.

Double Eyelid Surgery

2 Months Post DES and Ptosis Correction

It’s been 9 weeks since my eyelid surgery. One concern is that a part of my left eyelid doesn’t fold as deeply as before. I’m uncertain whether this is due to a stitch coming off prematurely or the natural asymmetry of my Mongolian folds, as noted by the clinic. This uncertainty is quite worrying. I’m anxious if I may need a revision, but need to wait for the final results at 6 months. On a surprising note, I no longer require glasses or contact lenses since the surgery! While my vision wasn’t poor before, I did need correction for tasks like reading signs while driving and viewing monitors at work. Now, I can do all those without any visual aids.

1 Month Post-Op Results

It's officially been one month since my procedures at Marble! I had incisional double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction and augmentation rhinoplasty with bulbous tip correction done by Dr. Suh and Dr. Kim, respectively. I'm extremely happy with my results so far! The swelling in my eyelids and nose have gone down significantly. Dr. Suh and Dr. Kim are phenomenal surgeons ? they are very kind, meticulous, and confident in their abilities. I also appreciate their honesty and how they did not try to push unnecessary procedures. Dr. Suh and Dr. Kim both listened to my concerns and were able to achieve my desired look, all while maintaining harmony with the natural balance of my face. I highly recommend this place for anyone considering double eyelid surgery and/or rhinoplasty! Updated on 1 Jun 2025: Hi everyone! Sorry I’m late with my update, but I’m officially 2.5 months out from both surgeries. The swelling in my eyelids has continued to go down and you can notice that my crease definitely isn’t as high as it used to be (yay no more sausage rolls)! The tip of nose my isn’t as prominent as before, but I feel like it looks natural and suits my overall face now. I don’t have a v-shaped or chiseled jaw line, so I really appreciate that my nose tip isn’t too pointy or doll-like. So far, I’m super pleased with my results! Updated on 16 Jul 2025: Just dropping another little update on my healing process. I'm now 4 months out from surgeries. I think the swelling in my eyelids and nose has gone away completely at this point. I'm curious if my face will look any different by 6 months, but still loving the results regardless! I just started using a silicone gel a couple of weeks ago as my incision scars are taking a little longer to fade... trying to stay optimistic though since I haven't reached the halfway mark yet! I'll keep you all posted in a couple months!

2 weeks after the operation, and I’m very pleased with the result

Dr Suh was very detailed, considered and professional throughout the entire consultation and surgery itself. He advised that due to my pre-existing facial asymmetry, it would be difficult to make a perfectly symmetrical outcome and in fact, the asymmetry could be further highlighted post-op. When I asked whether he’d still recommend for me to proceed with the surgery, he gave the reassurance I needed and let me know that his usual preference is to be candid and set correct expectations, but that he will do his best to make them even and believes it will work out. It’s currently 2 weeks after the operation, and I’m very pleased with the result. The initial swelling and bruising has settled with some mild redness remaining at the epicanthoplasty site. There also seems to be a negligible amount of asymmetry, which I believe will continue to improve with time and further de-swelling. Updated on 21 Nov 2024: It is now 4 weeks post the operation and I am still happy with the progress. The swelling has reduced further, and opening my eyes feels effortless. I'm still waiting for the epicanthoplasty site to completely heal over with no residual redness - there's still some mild redness/lumps/bumps, but this seems to be easing with time too. Updated on 9 Jan 2025: My final update on the double eyelid surgery - I'm extremely happy with the result, and am now able to add cosmetic lash extensions as well (as pictured). The incisional scar is visible when I close my eyes, however it is faint and causes no harm to day to day functioning.

Incisional DES Marble Plastic Surgery

After years and years of struggling with my uneven eyelids, I finally got double eyelid surgery at Marble Plastic Surgery in Korea. I contacted the consultant via WhatsApp to go over details, price, and to schedule an in-person appointment. They are foreigner friendly and were able to communicate and describe the whole process with me in English. Dr. Seo performed my surgery (incisional double eyelid in-out cut with ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty) While he said that he could not guarantee my eyelids to become 100% even... I feel like he did a perfect job and they look even to me! They are still a tiny bit swollen at 2 weeks post-op, so I'm excited to see the end results in a few months. Healing time: I had a 10am surgery and was out by 1:30pm. Day 1 I went straight back to the hotel to rest and ice my eyelids. Day 2 I was able to venture out to grab a bite and shop around; however, I ended the day a bit early to ice my swollen eyelids. By day 3 I felt back to normal and spent the whole day at Lotte World with my friends (wearing sunglasses of course). I removed my stitches on Day 7 and the swollen/bruises went away soon after.

Excellent Results for Multiple Procedures

I had multiple surgeries done: it feels like everything just fits me. For the breast and chin implants dr Seo put in the most appropriate size for me. And I am happy about my nose and face shape! It looks much more defined.

The transformation is subtle yet impactful

I recently had the pleasure of undergoing a double eyelid surgery (non-incision) with Dr. Suh Yong Hoon at Marble Plastic Surgery, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was met with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Dr. Suh Yong Hoon is an exceptional surgeon with a keen eye for detail. He took the time to understand my expectations and provided a thorough consultation, explaining the procedure in detail and addressing all of my concerns. His calm and reassuring demeanor put me at ease, and I felt confident that I was in expert hands. The non-incision technique used by Dr. Suh is minimally invasive, and the recovery process was smooth and quick. I experienced very little discomfort, and the results are absolutely satisfying. The transformation is subtle yet impactful, exactly what I had hoped for. Updated on 19 Aug 2024: The swelling and bruises are all gone. I’ve been able to do everything I want during my healing process. I really love the natural results and I’m happy that Dr. Suh recommended non-incisional instead of incisional like all other clinics. Updated on 1 Sep 2024: I love it that I don’t need to work with eyelidtape anymore. Don’t have any swellings or bruises. Everything feels very natural and because I’ve got PMU eyeliner and I don’t have to apply make up everyday. People around me have been telling me that I look good but don’t know that i had eyelidsurgery a month ago.
