Lux Cosmetic Surgery - Miami

Planned on having my surgery in Spring 2019 with Dr. Worrell at Lux Cosmetics in Miami, Florida. Initially staff was nice. Gave my deposit for BBL. Payed recovery home. Bought all supplies and OTC meds for aftercare. Deposit on my lymphatic massages in my area and want to book a flight and get the ball rolling with the medical clearance part.... But there is no support, no coordination and lack of communication with the staff at Lux Cosmetics. They hang up on my face, take messages,

My experience with Lux started out very positive. My communication with my coordinator Elaine was very informative up until I made the down payment to secure the quoted price for the doctor I chose. It took me a while to decide on a date and the coordinator I originally worked with was no longer available, there was never a new person assigned to help me but I did speak with Liz who was helpful but there was a lack of follow up and communication that concerned me. Mirage stayed in touch with me and answered all of my questions reassuring me that I’ll by well taken care of when I have my surgery for BBL 360 and Tummy Tuck. You gave me the confidence and trust I needed to become a part of the Lux’s Cosmetics Surgery Family.
