Longevita

I went to longevita in june 2023 for a breast reduction, lift and implants. I had under the muscle 550cc.

SURGEON-
My surgeon was Dr Fuat Yuksel. I had researched around prior to booking, and found lots of people to ask about their experiences and the majority of the girls were very pleased with their results and recommend Fuat.
When researching surgery, there will always be a few negative comments, however I decided to go with my gut and trust my surgeon. I loved the results he had achieved with his breast surgeries.
I met Dr Yuksel at his office and he gave me some sizers to try (450 and then 500). At first we decided on 500cc, and then when we went to the office he shown me his portfolio of his results, which were all amazing. I asked him what the biggest size he can do would be, and he told me that the biggest he would try for me is 550cc, and if that didn’t seem right then we would stick to 500cc.
I trusted him to do the right thing, and the next day was my surgery. He came to check up on me in the evening after my surgery, and he told me he was able to place 550cc, which I was very pleased about.
His manner was professional, caring and he listened to what I wanted. He was also honest, explaining how he would only give implants that would be beneficial to my size and health.
He showed me how to clean and dress my wounds, providing me with the solutions and gauze.
My experience with the surgeon was incredible and I highly recommend him for those looking into breast surgery. He has a lot of experience, his office is beautiful, and he really does listen and provide exactly what you wish for. Thankyou Dr Yuksel!

ASSISTANT-
My assistant was Beran. He was friendly and welcoming. He stayed with me during my consultations, medical tests and was available by whatsap whenever I needed him.
Even when I was running late to my appointment, he would go beyond and make sure that I could still have the tests done to avoid any delays in surgery.
He was a translator during my anaesthesia consultation, and he was comforting during my blood tests as I get anxious.
Upon leaving the hospital after my procedure, he made sure I got into my ride to the hotel safely, and also asked the driver to be cautious as I was in pain.
Whenever I needed to ask a question, Beran would be there to answer quickly. He took the number of my sister to let her know when my surgery had finished.
Beran was a wonderful assistant and made my trip smooth. Thank you Beran

SURGERY-
I have previously had a rhinoplasty at another clinic in Turkey, so I knew what to expect with the process. It is fast paced, as the tests/consult are usually the day before surgery.
The day of my surgery, I arrived at the hospital and was shown to my hospital room. It was very nice and clean, with an en suite bathroom. I changed into my surgery gown, stockings and hair net.
The nurses were welcoming and made me feel comfortable, as they could see I was nervous. Although there is a language barrier with the nurses, they would use Google translate to communicate with me.
I was given an IV with something I can only assume was for relaxation, as I can’t remember much after that. I was wheeled down to theatre and felt very giggly, not anxious at all. This was the thing I feared most, being put to sleep. All I remember was the nurses saying “go to sleep jasmine” and then I woke up in my hospital room.
When I woke up, I was attached to a monitor for a few hours and the nurse would come and check my vitals. They kept ontop of my medications, through my IV and an injection in my thigh.
I didn’t manage to eat much, only some bread and biscuits. I am a fussy eater so my sister had brought some crisps and snacks for me incase I got hungry during the night.
The staff were professional, kept ontop of my care and came whenever I called for them.

PAIN-
The first 3 days are the worst. My chest was very tight and achy. My surgeon had explained that the bigger the implant, the more pain. So I expected it, and after it all, I can say it was definitely worth it.
I kept ontop of my medication, I was given antibiotics and naproxen (anti-inflammatory). I did also take paracetamol as I was still finding myself in pain even with the naproxen.
It was very difficult to sit up, I would position myself in bed sitting up, but after falling asleep I’d slip down the bed and that’s when I’d have the most trouble.
By day 3-4, I found most of the pain to have subsided. It was more tightness which was bearable. I wasn’t taking paracetamol as often.

Overall, I would recommend longevita and Dr Yuksel.
My experience has been amazing, even on returning home, they still email and ask for my photos to keep up to date with my case and make sure there are no complications. Luckily, my recovery has been very smooth and I’ve had no issues.

Im just over 1 week post op and absolutely thrilled with my results.
It was an easy process from start to finish everything was organised and ran like clockwork.
Dr Yuksel made me feel very comfortable and gave me exactly what I asked for.

I want to thank the whole of the Longevita team. The whole process was smooth and I am really happy with how the procedure went. The guys made me feel totally at ease especially being in a foreign country.


Super shout outs to Kardelen baytekin and Metin. Metin was my day to day contact and kept me updated and made me feel super relaxed - he speaks perfect English and Kardelen kept me comfortable and look after me throughout the procedure from the start and towards the end as she dropped me off to taxi.

Overall great experience. There was some apprehension to transplant to the front and crown in same procedure which was only raised on the morning of the procedure, even though I was reassured it wouldn't be an issue in virtual consultations.

They suggest you could come back for another treatment at a later date, which cynically could seem like a reach for a 2nd pay day. But I got the treatment quoted after some further discussion and all is well so far.

Metin was lovely and did everything in his power to assist and even relocated us to a much better hotel after we voiced concerns over the quality of our first couple nights in the first.

I can’t thank the team at Longevita enough. They’ve provided exemplary service and work. I was particularly happy with Dr Jacob. He has a charming aura that makes it pleasant to be in his company and easy to trust (important given he was my surgeon).
There was additional work my surgeon had to carry out in my nose that took him a lot longer than they usually take. This work meant I will be able to breathe much more freely and Dr Jacob performed this extra work without hesitation.

I was fully trusting in the teams competence as I have dealt with this company numerous times in the past. After the surgery at the hospital I didn’t want to leave, I was so happy with the level of service and sweet smiles from all the hospital staff.
Lastly, my patient coordinator was great, she efficiently responded to all my queries and always with a big smile, thank you Seda.

I had an amazing surgeon who's done a fantastic job of my hair transplant! It is very neat and was pain free one the anesthetic was in. Everyone at the hospital were attentive and welcoming. I had a person of contact Metin who was amazing and kept regular contact and helped explain anything that wasn't too clear. Overall it was a 10/10 experience

My whole experience was great from the moment I arrived in Istanbul. Metin was the member of staff taking care of me during my stay and was regularly ensuring I was up to date with timings and aftercare procedures etc. The staff at the clinic was great and talked me through the ideal outcome of my transplant. The procedure went great and there was no issues l, I was regularly being checked on by the staff to ensure I was in no pain etc. Even after the procedure the staff have been great at checking up on me. I couldn’t recommend Longevita any higher.

Amazing experience 10/10! So glad I chose longevita for my breast augmentation. My surgeon fuat was amazing and I am so happy with my results. Batu my rep was incredible and give so much support.

Amazing experience, my surgery was smooth and the results were very high standard. I would highly recommend this provider to anyone that is thinking of getting surgery.
I was told about all the pros and cons of implant size and positioning and was able to make a good choice during consultation. The surgery was quick and recovery, likewise. All members of staff were extremely helpful and allowed me to go through the experience with ease and comfort.
