Dr Fuat Yuksel you have changed my life! for a few years i have struggled severely with back pains , i’m only 19 and this was clearly joined from how big my breasts we’re and working since 15, i would say i do and don’t take care of my body , as i’ve never had that push i thought id i lost weight some of my breat weight would go with it, but as the years go on i knew that would never solve it! i impulsively made the decision last year to book for a boob reduction! i didn't even think id end up doing it i was being indecisive but after a good pay check i put my deposit down instantly and i couldn’t look back! family and friends weren’t happy and warned me, however it was now or never and now i have the push to work on my figure , although i only had my surgery 5 days ago im definitely on the mend and feeling strong and stronger each day.. i felt at home with the care of the doctors, surgeons , staff , co ordinators , all so friendly lovely and do their job the best of their ability!! i wish i could stay here forever and make friends with everyone but realise its their job .. i am so happy with my results , thankyou dr fuat yuksel for being the sweetest soul and changing my life for the better , i will forever reccomend you!
So I tried for several months to get a BR on the NHS in the U.K., they kept refusing due to my BMI so I decided to look at other options. After seeing the cost of BR in the U.K., I embarked on looking abroad. I never thought I’d be the person to go abroad but I had 32GG/H breasts, I’m 4’9, 60kg, a weight lifter & have a very active job so they needed to go. I’ll start from my consultation as you don’t meet Prof Yuksel before the consultation, his office is spotless, gorgeously decorated and close to the hospital he uses for surgery’s. Instantly I was put at ease when I met him, what a lovely, kind gentleman. He asked what my expectations were, I asked for a C cup & he said no, so I thought oh great, great start lol. He told me I can safely be taken to a D cup so we agreed on that, I just wanted to be smaller than DD+. I also had tattoos on each breast which Dr Fuat said would probably be ruined, I’d accepted this fact anyway but my god did he make them better! Consultation ended and I was so happy I just wanted to jump on the operating table then. Anyway, fast forward 2 days and it was surgery day, Dr Fuat come and saw me after I’d got settled in, connected to the wifi and changed into the gown. He made a few little jokes about being a tailor which really helped ease my nerves, the anaesthetist told me off for my boyfriends vape being on the table thinking it was mine, Dr Fuat marked me up and said he’d see me soon. I was given a sedative by the nurses after having my cannula put in, I was then pretty much asleep by the time I got down to the surgery theatre. Dr Fuat came and saw me whilst I was waiting after he’d finished his previous surgery and asked how I was, he came in again when I was moved onto the surgery bed which was lovely and heated! A nice surprise compared to the NHS where it’s a cold mat! Dr Fuat said they were going to get me sorted and he’ll see me soon but I won’t remember, the anaesthetist said good night to me and I woke up a little while later in recovery crying from the GA and the nurses wiping my tears, stroking my face and telling me not to cry which was really nice. I got taken back up to my room on the bed and a poor guy got his foot run over, he said ouch, I said ouch, we all had a little giggle before I fell asleep again. Got back to the room and nurses were straight in with morphine and asking how I was feeling. Came back in 2 hours later to get me to walk (they checked on me every 20ish mins during this time) and they held my hand as we walked around the ward and then I could eat. By far the best hospital food I’ve ever eaten, if you don’t like traditional Turkish you won’t enjoy it but it was really nice! Pain relief was given without me having to ask, I had 3 morphine injections and 4 lots of paracetamol whilst in there and 2 lots of antibiotics and anti sickness. Dr Fuat came in right after my surgery and asked me how I was feeling, said he’d removed 500g from my left breast and 350g from my right and wait till I see my tattoos…he also came in before he left for the evening to check on me which was really sweet. Next morning he came round and asked how I was and how the care had been, and said he’d see me at 11 for my dressing change and discharge. Had a bit of an issue with my cannula which the nurses dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Dr Fuat came round & oh my god my boobs looked incredible. I called him an artist, he said he was very proud of himself and we all had a giggle at just how great his work was. Went back to the hotel, pain was very minimal, had my post op check 2 days later and everything looked great. Thanked Dr Fuat again but I couldn’t really express just how thankful I am so I thought I’d leave him this review in the hopes he sees it! Since getting home, they’re just got better. I’m 10DPO and currently measuring a 32DD using a bra that fits measuring tool, they look great, they feel great, this man is quite honestly the best person I have ever met and I cannot thank him enough for how my breasts now look. I know my healing journey isn’t finished, but he is absolutely incredible and I can’t thank him enough.
I went to longevita in june 2023 for a breast reduction, lift and implants. I had under the muscle 550cc. Instagram - @jasmina_surgery SURGEON- My surgeon was Dr Fuat Yuksel. I had researched around prior to booking, and found lots of people to ask about their experiences and the majority of the girls were very pleased with their results and recommend Fuat. When researching surgery, there will always be a few negative comments, however I decided to go with my gut and trust my surgeon. I loved the results he had achieved with his breast surgeries. I met Dr Yuksel at his office and he gave me some sizers to try (450 and then 500). At first we decided on 500cc, and then when we went to the office he shown me his portfolio of his results, which were all amazing. I asked him what the biggest size he can do would be, and he told me that the biggest he would try for me is 550cc, and if that didn’t seem right then we would stick to 500cc. I trusted him to do the right thing, and the next day was my surgery. He came to check up on me in the evening after my surgery, and he told me he was able to place 550cc, which I was very pleased about. His manner was professional, caring and he listened to what I wanted. He was also honest, explaining how he would only give implants that would be beneficial to my size and health. He showed me how to clean and dress my wounds, providing me with the solutions and gauze. My experience with the surgeon was incredible and I highly recommend him for those looking into breast surgery. He has a lot of experience, his office is beautiful, and he really does listen and provide exactly what you wish for. Thankyou Dr Yuksel! ASSISTANT- My assistant was Beran. He was friendly and welcoming. He stayed with me during my consultations, medical tests and was available by whatsap whenever I needed him. Even when I was running late to my appointment, he would go beyond and make sure that I could still have the tests done to avoid any delays in surgery. He was a translator during my anaesthesia consultation, and he was comforting during my blood tests as I get anxious. Upon leaving the hospital after my procedure, he made sure I got into my ride to the hotel safely, and also asked the driver to be cautious as I was in pain. Whenever I needed to ask a question, Beran would be there to answer quickly. He took the number of my sister to let her know when my surgery had finished. Beran was a wonderful assistant and made my trip smooth. Thank you Beran SURGERY- I have previously had a rhinoplasty at another clinic in Turkey, so I knew what to expect with the process. It is fast paced, as the tests/consult are usually the day before surgery. The day of my surgery, I arrived at the hospital and was shown to my hospital room. It was very nice and clean, with an en suite bathroom. I changed into my surgery gown, stockings and hair net. The nurses were welcoming and made me feel comfortable, as they could see I was nervous. Although there is a language barrier with the nurses, they would use Google translate to communicate with me. I was given an IV with something I can only assume was for relaxation, as I can’t remember much after that. I was wheeled down to theatre and felt very giggly, not anxious at all. This was the thing I feared most, being put to sleep. All I remember was the nurses saying “go to sleep jasmine” and then I woke up in my hospital room. When I woke up, I was attached to a monitor for a few hours and the nurse would come and check my vitals. They kept ontop of my medications, through my IV and an injection in my thigh. I didn’t manage to eat much, only some bread and biscuits. I am a fussy eater so my sister had brought some crisps and snacks for me incase I got hungry during the night. The staff were professional, kept ontop of my care and came whenever I called for them. PAIN- The first 3 days are the worst. My chest was very tight and achy. My surgeon had explained that the bigger the implant, the more pain. So I expected it, and after it all, I can say it was definitely worth it. I kept ontop of my medication, I was given antibiotics and naproxen (anti-inflammatory). I did also take paracetamol as I was still finding myself in pain even with the naproxen. It was very difficult to sit up, I would position myself in bed sitting up, but after falling asleep I’d slip down the bed and that’s when I’d have the most trouble. By day 3-4, I found most of the pain to have subsided. It was more tightness which was bearable. I wasn’t taking paracetamol as often. Overall, I would recommend longevita and Dr Yuksel. My experience has been amazing, even on returning home, they still email and ask for my photos to keep up to date with my case and make sure there are no complications. Luckily, my recovery has been very smooth and I’ve had no issues. My experience was very good. This was my first time having surgery and going by myself abroad was nerve racking. But the moment I met my chaperone Batu Eke and the transit team, I was very relaxed and excited for my surgery. At first, I wanted to arrange my own hotel and transportation but I’m glad I went for the whole package. Longevita team was very professional and reassuring. Massive shout out to Nico (one of the transit team) for all the tips in moving around Istanbul and the best places to visit. The hotel staff were so helpful before and after surgery. The hotel was very clean and secure with room service costing less than £1. The hospital staff were amazing. Being by myself after the surgery, they really helped me in uncomfortable situations. My surgeon Dr Fuat Yuksel is a very calm and gentle. You can tell he’s a very knowledgeable specialist. I’d definitely recommend Longevita as they only offer first class services, which made me confident to have another surgery. Pros- all of the above Cons- 1. Airport and some city transit staff don’t speak English so they use their phones whilst driving. Can also be hard for patients when you don’t have access to internet. 2. Consultation and check-up visits are so short and quick (I’m talking less than a minute or two), which is good but it is not worth the long journeys in traffic, the pain of hitting bumps after surgery at all. Updated on 23 Dec 2022: Although I had a good experience pre surgery, I’m not really sure I can say the same thing for the results. I’m not 13 weeks post op and I feel worse than before surgery. I have contacted my surgeon Dr Fuat Yuksel and still waiting for a response. But as this is my first surgery, please confirm if my worries are valid and I’m supposed to see some improvements by now or still need to be patient!
I had breast surgery and I literally loved everything, the staff, the treatment, the drivers were very respectful. And I also like the way doctor Fuat treats his patients. I would like him to be my surgeon every time I go for surgery. Nothing to complain about. And thank you to everyone from Longevita.
He my first augmentation 20 years ago 350cc going from a-d over the muscle , overjoyed 17 year later got implants changed, went to 500cc as implants had dropped but not enough to need uplift , again over the muscle ! Great job but two weeks later scar openeed and implant came out. Local hospital sewed me up but left me very uneven and soft in the right as inner pocket was not repaired. On to 3rd augmentation went to istanbul under the muscle 550cc ! Wow the pain was a shock after 2 over the muscle started very high and shocking to look at . 8 weeks on still slightly uneven and slight selling in left but much more natural cleavage and overall better looking job . I'll try post pics weeks apart to show differences in swelling as I was in panic so hopefully helps others that it does keep changing
Dr Fuat did my liposuction of stomach, flanks and lower back. He was straight to the point and did what was said, with no messing. I could see instant brilliant results 24 hours after, then I continued to swell, as he said would happen. 4 months in and I'm really happy and dropping 1 inch per month still. Longevita has been great and the Aftercare fantastic.

A truly incredible, talented, experienced and amazing doctor. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr Fuat. My entire surgery process was so comfortable and I had no pain throughout the entire recovery process. I underwent a canthoplasty and brow lift and I honestly can say I was nervous initially but I had absolutely no pain at all and the after care and service I received from the doctor and nurses was just incredible. The whole step of the way they were there to support me and I can not thank them enough. The results are just incredible. Even though it’s early days in my recovery I am the happiest and most confident I have ever been. Thank you so much doctor.
