I had a BBL done on 7/16/20 with Dr. Michael Jones

I had a BBL done on 7/16/20 with Dr. Michael Jones who is the CEO and Founder of Lexington. I met Dr Jones once the day of my surgery and very briefly once awake from my surgery. After surgery I asked him if I had a big butt and he took a phone out and showed me a picture. For the short time that I’ve met with him was great. He listened to me which I had very little to say because I had already done my research. I let him know what shape and size butt I wanted which was pretty much what I told him.His staff is professional and my coordinator Dee has been helpful and truthful with me from day one. Let get to the photos!

If You Want Quality Surgery Come to LPS and Meet with Dr. Liliav

Dr. Liliav is very honest and thoughtful. His bedside manner is outstanding. My results as of now are phenomenal. I needed someone who was going to care for me. I've had a bad experience with surgery before in the past. I was very scared and hesitant. When I met with Dr. Liliav he made me feel so comfortably and safe. This was the best thing I've ever done and I'm very thankful to have met a phenomenal surgeon.

Keloid Care Done Right

I suffer from keloids. I had a big keloid on the entirety of my neck from a previous surgery trying to remove the keloid. My wife noticed all my pain I had been in and called Lexington without me knowing and set up a consultation. It was one of the best things she did for me. I had a consultation. With Josie, who was very friendly and helpful. She was reassuring and gave me all my options. Almost a month after the consultation I had the surgery to remove the keloid by Dr Jones. My experience has been wonderful from The ladies at the front desk to the radiation specialist and everybody in between. If you suffer from keloids and are ready to make a change Lexington Plastic Surgeons is the place for you. I wish I had the courage to call Lexington previously instead of living with the pain for so many years.

Keloid Removal Surgery New York, NY

Hello all! I suffer from keloid skin and over the years I have developed large and painful keloids on my chest. After doing extensive research and weighing my options, I decided to go with Lexington Plastic Surgeons clinic in New York. The Lexington plastic surgeons staff members have been very attentive and caring to me. I look forward to my results!!! ???? Updated on 8 Apr 2015: Everything went well with my surgery. Unfortunately Dr. Jones only removed 3 of my keloids but he said due to the positioning of them... It would be better to remove the others on a later date. I have went through 2 superficial radiation treatments and they are painless. My only complaint was the pressure needed to secure the beam over the incision. Uncomfortable feeling when you have just had surgery. Other than that, I'm good. Dr. Jones was a sweetheart and he really calmed my nerves going into surgery. I'm just mad that I didn't get a selfie with him lol. Will post pics later. Updated on 14 Apr 2015: 8 days post op. I returned to work on Friday. Sore and a slight struggle but I made it????. My incisions are still in tact. Every now and then I will get sharp pains from them but I would compare the pain to what I had when the keloids were there originally. I am still on antibiotics and I discontinued the pain meds yesterday. My incisions are starting to darken but I was told that this was a side effect to the superficial radiation. No biggie though... Better than having those keloids there. Anywho I have to remove my sutures on Thursday.... So I will update on that experience:) Updated on 22 Jul 2015: Sorry I've been MIA from this website. Here is an update since my April 6, 2015 surgery. I need to post some from today because my scars have flattened even more and lightened up (thanks to my rose hip oil and bio oil). After 2 months I was finally able to sleep on my stomach. It had been about 6-7 years since I did that. It was absolutely amazing! Thank God and Thank Dr. Jones!!! Updated on 22 Jul 2015: Just wanted to share the one complication I had from my surgery. My middle and largest incision did not completely close. It actually had a little hole in it that scared the crap out of me. Of course after a week of waiting for the hole to close... It became infected. Thankfully my PCP was able to quickly put me on antibiotics and it cleared up and eventually closed. The signs of infection I noticed intially was pain. I wasn't sure if it was from my incision site or from the hole tho. It wasn't until I lightly pressed in the area and low and behold... Puss came out. Just an FYI for anyone undergoing surgery. Watch out for infections because they can completely mess up your recovery process. Anyways... I've posted pics from today. No pain form any of the incisions. Dr. Jones did inject the kenalog steroid injections to the middle chest incision because we saw a little keloiding. So far I am extremely happy with my results. Updated on 22 Jul 2015: I recently went back to New York for yet another round of keloid removal surgery on July 6. I had 2 more keloids removed from my groin area. So far the worst part is the itching. Smdh. I'll post the keloids that were removed and a wait little bit for an actual incision pics because the steri strips are still on

Scar Removal

Dr CalvaReady

$6500 Botched keliod removal!

I am DEVASTATED! After searching for years, I finally came across a website that gave me great hope for removing my scar. I researched this advanced procedure, watched the videos from the taping of the television show The Doctors, sold on the over 95% success rate and financed a $6500 scar removal surgery! I found the cost to be astronomical however, I thought about all the years of embarrassed I endured trying for so long to hide my scar, and decided the freedom was worth it! 11 months later, this is what I'm left with! I'm in the same situation embarrassed to show my chest! The surgery was unsuccessful and was told that it would need to be repeated! I have been getting the runaround about the cost. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING!!! Paying $6500 to remove a scar only to end up with this scar, then charge me additional money to fix it is only adding insult to injury! Lexington Plastic Surgeons is a nightmare!

Breast Implants

23 Years Old, 5'4, 130lb, "Athletic" build. Ready to Correct This Asymmetry, 300-330cc Saline- New York

I went through puberty young, and have been looking into getting breast implants since i was 15-16 years old due to pretty severe asymmetry. I honestly have no idea what my bra size is, because each side of my chest looks like it belongs to a totally different human. I actually went through the entire BA process when I was 18, and ended up getting cold feet right before the operation, simply because I just wasn't mentally prepared to make such a huge decision at such a young age (and I had hoped that maybe I would continue to develop and they would eventually even out.......not the case). I've been kicking myself for backing out of the surgery ever since, especially since it was going to be fully covered by insurance at that time because my OBGYN put in a claim for "poland syndrome", and stated that the asymmetry could cause tremendous psychological stress throughout my development. Fast forward 6 years later, and I'm finally going through with the operation on June 15th! Unfortunately insurance will not be covering this time around, but I'm confident that this procedure will be worth spending the money on. It sounds absurd, but thinking about the unevenness of my breasts literally keeps me up at night---- it is a major source of anxiety for me. I'm ready to finally wear bikinis without push up padding, I'm ready to wear bras that actually fit both sides of my chest, I'm ready to be able to take my shirt off with confidence. My confidence, love life, and relationships have suffered from the asymmetry, so I'm MORE than excited to get this procedure done!!! I'll be getting my BA done in 3 days with Dr. Gerald Ginsberg with Lexington Plastic Surgeons in Manhattan. Dr. Ginsberg was incredibly patient, helpful and informative during our consultation. We decided to go with moderate profile, 300-330 cc saline implants (overfilled on the left side, underfilled on the right). I chose saline mainly due to financial reasons--- I graduated college about a year ago, and recently moved on my own, so the extra $4000 really makes a difference at this point in my life. I also liked the idea that the saline implants could be more "size-customized", as opposed to being limited to the specific size options that are offered for the silicone implants. I never thought I'd be sharing my journey on the internet, but the posts on Real Self have been more than helpful for me in this process, so I hope I can do the same for anyone else who may be considering getting implants! I'll be back on Wednesday to let you know how the procedure goes! Updated on 17 Jun 2016:
