Office review: Hard to Reach

I never had a chance to meet the doctor because his staff does not correspond well. They are slow to respond to emails and will take their time returning calls. I wanted to schedule a consultation, however, the way they communicate scared me off. If I am going to have a major surgery, I expect that the doctor’s office can be easily reached.

It is a top priority in our office that we communicate with patients in an efficient and timely manner. I am sorry to hear that you did not feel like this was the case.
