Q: Bottoming out of both sides of implants - do I need a 3rd revision? (photos)
Answered by Dr. KhoobehiFebruary 3, 2022

A: I am sorry that you are having issues with your breast surgeries. You will need revision to support the inframammary fold ligaments.

Q: Do I have tuberous breasts? If so, what is need to fix them? (photos)
Answered by Dr. KhoobehiJanuary 8, 2022

A: You have tuberous breasts and the goals are to reduce areola, lift nipple/areola complex and enhance cleavage. The option I offer my patients is breast lift and fat grafting. Please see the link for a similar case

Q: Breast Augmentation with or without nipple lift? (photo)
Answered by Dr. KhoobehiSeptember 21, 2021

A: You are a good candidate for breast augmentation. Your nipple position is little low but your surgeon can lower your inframammary fold to push the nipple higher.

Q: Full anchor lift with implant exchange. Recommendations so that I can remain the same size? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. KhoobehiSeptember 21, 2021

A: I would recommend to deflate your saline implants two weeks before surgery to let the tissue retract and evaluate your size without implants. All of the areola tissue can be reduced and use smaller implant or fat grafting without implants. Please see the attached picture of patient with large areola

Q: Overdone lipo to the arms? Too skinny now. What can be done? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. KhoobehiSeptember 21, 2021

A: The best option is fat grafting. The area to harvest the fat will depend on the pinch test. Please see your doctor for evaluation.
