Dr. Mark Karolak has been a facial plastic surgeon in Wall Township, New Jersey for over a decade. Board certified in both otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery, he has performed over 3,000 facelifts under local anesthesia, as well as thousands of other facial cosmetic procedures, including neck lifts, eyelid surgery, fat transfer, facial sculpting, Botox, Juvéderm, Restylane, and laser skin resurfacing. Dr. Karolak earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rowan University Osteopathic Medical School) in Stratford. He went on to complete a otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery residency at Saint Barnabas Healthcare System (now RWJ Barnabas Health) in New Jersey, which included training in head and neck surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan. During his training, he was selected as resident of the year and chief resident in facial plastic surgery and otolaryngology.
