Molly is the Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Injector at Illuminate's Med Spa in Palo Alto and San Jose, CA. She has extensive experience and training in aesthetic medicine. While she is heavily trained in facial rejuvenation treatments using neuromodulators and volumizing dermal fillers, she is also a wealth of knowledge regarding the latest technologies and techniques in medical-grade skincare for melasma, ethnic skin, and some of the most challenging-to-treat skin types. Offering results-driven treatments using lasers and devices that safely and effectively deliver anti-aging benefits. Molly attended Vanderbilt University for her undergraduate and graduate education finishing at the top of her class. Although her pedigree is impressive, her bedside manner is unparalleled.

With over 25 years of experience in aesthetics, Marisha is one of the most sought after aesthetic injectors in the South Bay and beyond. Since 2008, Marisha has steadily focused all her professional time on injectable neurotoxins and dermal fillers. She is well versed in using all products in the Allergan and Galderma portfolios including BOTOX® Cosmetic, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane, Sculptra and more. Kristina Russo, BSN RN is a registered nurse provider who is dedicated to providing the latest advancements in technology, technique and safety to her patients at Illuminate Med Spa. With continual education in medical aesthetics, Kristina is highly trained for injectables and non-invasive treatments. Kristina’s personalized care and attention to every patient is well-recognized, and she collaborates with Plastic Surgeons Dr. Boudreault and Dr. Leader through each patient’s journey to formulate the best non-surgical treatment plan for her patients. Her priority is to listen well and to always keep her patients’ goals top of mind. She is known for having an eye for detail, symmetry, and balance with her injectable treatments, as well as stunningly transformative results for the skin. Liz Padilla-Salvagno, RN, brings over 10 years of nursing experience injecting with fillers and BOTOX® Cosmetic and treating skin with advanced lasers and devices. Her patients often describe her as a great listener, a “people person”, easy to talk to, comforting, genuine, and honest. Those who experience Liz as their provider find that she is more than just a provider, but also a friend and confidante — she has a talent for building personal connections with her patients and making them feel at ease. She puts an emphasis on safety and natural-looking results, while continually advancing her technique through experience and on-going education on the latest technologies. Liz is available at both the Palo Alto and San Jose locations.

Katie Husak, BSN RN PHN is a nurse injector and advance skin specialist who brings over a decade of experience as a registered nurse to Illuminate. She specializes in Botox, Dermal fillers, microneedling, laser treatments, and tattoo removal. Her background in the ICU and pulmonary unit provides her with the depth of knowledge and experience necessary to deliver exceptional patient care and thrive in the aesthetics field.

Lauryn Kelly, LE, is a medical aesthetician at Illuminate and a certified Hydrafacial MD and Dermaplaning expert. She creates custom facial treatments including HydraFacials, chemical peels, and skincare regimens, with a specialty for treating acne using results-driven medical solutions. After struggling with hormonal cystic acne, the transformation of her own skin ignited Lauryn to help others achieve their best skin. Lauryn was inspired to go to aesthetic school where she graduated top of class from the Salon Professional Academy. There, she built an understanding of advanced techniques in the latest medical-grade treatments, microdermabrasion, corrective chemical peels, anti-aging facials, and customized skincare regimens. Her goal is to help her patients reach a place of confidence to show off their skin and feel proud to talk with others about their own journeys. Her patients describe her as an exceptional listener and see her as a trusted partner in their skin transformations.

Jessica Torregroza, Licensed Aesthetician, is a certified HydraFacial MD, ZO Skin Health expert, Chemical Peel specialist certified in VI Peels and DermaSweep, and a licensed massage therapist and holistic health practitioner. At Illuminate, Jessica creates customized facial treatments including HydraFacials, chemical peels, and skincare regimens. Jessica began her career in massage therapy and holistic health, specializing in sports therapy, cupping therapy, reflexology, and whole-body wellness, until she discovered her ultimate passion for skincare aesthetics. Jessica graduated top-of-class at Salon Professional Academy, where she specialized in advanced aesthetic treatments, microdermabrasion, corrective chemical peels, and anti-aging facials, and customizable at-home medical skincare routines. Jessica understands the need for her patients to be healthy and happy with themselves and is determined to use a results-driven approach to deliver the best aesthetic care.

Aura Gomes, BSN, RN, CEN is an experienced wellness provider who specializes in IV infusions and wellness care. She combines her experience as a certified IV vitamin infusion therapist and an aesthetic nurse provider to deliver exceptional care to patients looking to optimize their inner health with advanced medicine. After obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, Aura has been a Charge Nurse at Highland Hospital in Oakland for 17 years, where she managed the emergency room at California’s top level 1 trauma center. Simultaneously, Aura practiced as an aesthetic nurse for 12 years in Walnut Creek. Aura works alongside Dr. Del Toro and Dr. Boudreault, specializing in IV vitamin and hydration infusion therapies.
