BBL & Vaser lipo, 3 months post-op & results even better than I expected

Dr. B is hands down the best choice I could have made when moving forward with procedure. He and his staff were so comforting, caring, assuring and kind through the day of and the weeks following my BBL with VASER lipo. He set my expectations at the perfect level from the get go and to be honest, the results were even better than I expected. He truly changed my life. I plan to return to...

Outstanding Results for Flanks and Abs

As someone that exercises religiously and eats clean, I just couldn't get rid of stubborn body fat that crept up on me in my mid-40s. I even tried fasting and eating one meal a day, exercising 2 hours per day, and nothing in my midsection budged. One consult with Dr. Boudrealt changed my life for the better! Initially, I wanted Smart Lipo, but Dr. Boudreault said I would get the best results...

Love my Lip Lift!

I came to Dr. B for a very conservative lip lift. I'm a big advocate for plastic surgery, even for small changes. My philosophy for surgery is to invest the money towards a permanent solution and a relatively little chunk of time for recovery, because it saves me more money and more days spent in the long run for non-surgical treatments, years of maintenance, and too many missed photo...

Rejuvenation success! A very happy patient

On a follow up visit to Dr. Boudreault regarding the breast implants that he had removed just a few months earlier, I asked him for his opinion on a couple of other things. First, I wanted to know what I could do about my back fat, but he explained to me that what I thought was back fat was just back skin, and lots of it. He pinched three excess inches of skin and while doing so recommended an...

Q: My breasts are very asymmetric. What procedures will help my breasts look more even?
Answered by Dr. BoudreaultMarch 31, 2020

A: Hi Dilaa,

Breast asymmetry is difficult, even when you use a combination of implants and scars to reduce the larger breast.  An areola reduction alone with fat grafting of the smaller breast will not likely result in significant improvement in symmetry.  Your larger breast has moderate ptosis (we refer to as grade 2) and would need to be lifted to match the other breast.  I think a combination of a vertical breast breast reduction (aka lollipop scars) on the larger breast, with fat grafting to the smaller breast would be the best procedure to match your breasts.  Of course an in person exam is needed to make the final recommendation.  In this Covid era, many surgeons are offering virtual consultations and 3D simulation software like Crisalix can be used to help understand what is possible.

Best of luck and always happy to help :)

Q: Hi I’m only 8 days post op from a mini. Wondering now if I can get a full if I’m not satisfied. After swelling.
Answered by Dr. BoudreaultMarch 15, 2019

A: It is way too early to be thinking about your next procedure! You body needs time to heal. Be patient with your recovery. The swelling at 1 week post op will mask your results and distort things. Keep any scheduled follow ups with your operating surgeon so they can guide you through the recovery process. It can easily take 6-9 months to see your final results.

Best wishes,

Dr. B

Q: How do 450cc implants last over time? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. BoudreaultMarch 11, 2019

A: Your best bet when you are trying to decide on implants is to try on sizers of the exact implant you are considering inside a very tight sports bra. This will give you a close idea of what you will look like. If you are working with a board certified plastic surgeon with an expertise in breast augmentation he or she should be able to help you with this in their office.

Best,

Dr. B

Q: Do you think that a mini tummy tuck with a breast augmentation will be able to improve my body after pregnancy?
Answered by Dr. BoudreaultMarch 8, 2019

A: From these photos, you seem to be a candidate for breast augmentation. An in person exam would be needed to asses your abdomen. Definitely seek out a board certified plastic surgeon in your area with an expertise in Body Contouring Surgery for a consultation. Be sure to express your expectations and goals to the surgeon your choose.

Best,

Dr. B

Q: Will liposuction be enough to take care of my batwings? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. BoudreaultJanuary 17, 2019

A: Liposuction alone may leave with with some loose skin. I suggest going in for an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area. An in person exam is the best way to determine the best treatment plan for any patient.
