In my early fifties and started to see sagging cheeks nasolabial folds were getting deeper with marionette lines. I went to ideal image and did Ultherapy on cheeks and jaw, the staff was very nice and professional, hurts like hell I took ibuprofen only. I’ve noticed a difference -not everyone can see but I see improvement right side of my face and a little on the left side which was my worst side, perhaps in the next few months will see even better. Procedure done October 4, 2018. Updated on 17 Jan 2019: I’ve always taken care of myself and my skin, I’ve done mini peels and RetinA and PRP In the past, but the last few years nothing was working, getting older requires a lot more maintenance and care!! I’m glad I did ultherapy. I’m also motivated now to follow a skin care program consistently. I’m going to do the Lancer Method. Basically cleanse nurture protect and polish my skin and start wearing sunscreen again. I had not been really Caring for my facial and body skin, not enough anyway. Also too much sun on my Vacations! Im so grateful I found Dr Harold Lancer’s Book- ”younger”. He’s the dermatologist to the rich and famous. Lol
So I am currently having the procedure done- full abdomen and flanks. I used to have curves in all the right places and then after children and life... I looked up one day and I was shaped like a cell phone! I want my hourglass back and no amount of hot yoga and diet seems to bring back curves, so here I am. I'm in my second hour of treatment with three more to go. I'll keep you posted! Updated on 30 Jun 2016: It was a little uncomfortable to sleep mainly due to the compression garments. Went to work today and my flanks are fine but my abdomen feels like I had a major ab workout after being sedentary for awhile. Very bearable so far though... I'll keep you posted! Updated on 30 Jun 2016: Very swollen but no 'pain' just feeling like I really worked my abs.. Updated on 1 Jul 2016: Ok- so call me crazy but, it's day three and I feel like I'm seeing results! Maybe it's just the swelling starting to subside, maybe it's the double compression garments- heck maybe it's the Narayan balm I used to get ahead of the dreaded day3 pain I've heard about. Whatever it is, I just want it to continue!!
hello everyone, I had my procedure done on 4/12/2016. Let me tell you, after discovering this page a couple days before I had it done. I was terrified. heres a few tips. Put A&D ointment on ur skin before the procedure, use Icy Hot ( lidocaine) for pain to ease the burning and Gel ice pack. Go to target and get the pregnant stomach band and keep the area wrapped. Yes it's uncomfortable but you will get through it. Remember why u had it done in the first place and you will be okay. Love always- stay encouraged
