Ok- so call me crazy but, it's day three and I feel like I'm seeing results! Maybe it's just the swelling starting to subside, maybe it's the double compression garments- heck maybe it's the Narayan balm I used to get ahead of the dreaded day3 pain I've heard about. Whatever it is, I just want it to continue!!

Very swollen but no 'pain' just feeling like I really worked my abs..

I'm on day 9 after having my abs done and day 16 after having my flanks done. It definitely gets easier. I'm at the point where I'm having some of the pins and needles feelings but only in my abdomen. They aren't really bad. My lower abs kind of feel like they are sunburned but I have continued all of my normal activities. I hope that your recovery goes as smooth as mine has. Even though it is too early to really see a difference yet, my husband swears that he can already see some changes. Please continue to update! Best wishes!

It was a little uncomfortable to sleep mainly due to the compression garments. Went to work today and my flanks are fine but my abdomen feels like I had a major ab workout after being sedentary for awhile. Very bearable so far though... I'll keep you posted!
