hello everyone, I had my procedure done on 4/12/2016. Let me tell you, after discovering this page a couple days before I had it done. I was terrified. heres a few tips. Put A&D ointment on ur skin before the procedure, use Icy Hot ( lidocaine) for pain to ease the burning and Gel ice pack. Go to target and get the pregnant stomach band and keep the area wrapped. Yes it's uncomfortable but you will get through it. Remember why u had it done in the first place and you will be okay. Love always- stay encouraged

I thought it wasn't painful so why do you need the icy hot & why do you need the ban?

There is some pain, I'm only on day 6, the terrible pain, others have posted about, hasn't hit yet. I did take a medication the first couple days, it upset my stomach more then the pain hurt.

Yes I still have pain and I'm on day 8 but very minimal. I continued my regular routine. I still exercise daily. The ban is to keep it in place and the icy hot is soothe the burn. Once ur area Unthaw you will use it less. The nerves are upset and shooting all over the place

Do you see a difference? Minimal difference? Cool sculpting seems like one of those procedures where there is gradual changes. What do you think?

I experienced some swelling afterwards but those areas are tighter. It's still early so I can't actually say. But it does feel tighter and less flabby
