The team at HRI was awesome to work with. They were fun, friendly, kind, and really care about their work. If I could go back though, I would’ve asked more questions about the hair pattern and how they would align. Overall, a solid experience with a great group of people!

I’ve always been bothered by my widows peak hairline. A couple years ago I made an appointment to see Nate at HRI. It was free and informative. He told me about different types of procedures and recoveries. I was set on FUE for my hairline but I didn't go for it initially. We stayed in contact about every 6 months. No pressure and about 2 years later I decided I would finance the procedure. That part was super easy as well. I showed up, there was about a team of 8. Everything was clean and the people were super nice. Stayed awake for the procedure and they were always checking to make sure I was comfortable. Had lunch half way through the day. The recovery instructions were great and they had a bag with everything you need in it. Finished my 6 follow up red light therapy sessions and things are going well. I would 100% do it again.

I recently had an FUE procedure at HRIMN. I could not be happier with the entire process. The team was very knowledgable and explained the procedure in depth. The team has been in constant contact since my procedure to check my healing process. I'm about 5 days out and I can barely tell I had a transplant. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Khalid is truly exceptional. I have never been listened to or cared for by anyone ever in my lifer in the way that Dr. Khalid did for me. He checked-in frequently throughout the procedure, ensuring the team was doing a truly perfect job and re-directing if he felt they needed to do something slightly better. Prior to the procedure, he was incredibly patient and genuinely involved when marking what I wanted to have done. He insisted that I loved our plan before he did anything else. He spoke to his team kindly and cared about them too while they worked together. Dr. Khalid is a truly exceptional doctor. I would travel far to get to work with him again. He is exceptional. Nate is also highly responsive and offers a great post-op video to help you know what to do after the procedure is complete. A few other areas about my experience: - There was no AC in the office during my 12 hour procedure, and it was 80+ degrees outside. I am told this is only the case for Sunday appointments, but it wasn’t too bad! It’s nice that Sundays are offered. Dr. Khalid thoughtfully created a makeshift AC with ice and a fan and it made a big difference. It wasn’t too uncomfortable for me, but I feel for the staff! - Dr. Khalid instructed me to spray saline spray every hour for the first few days, however I didn’t receive any saline spray. Nate’s (super informative!) post-op video also mentions to use saline spray. When I called/emailed after leaving the procedure, Nicole and Nate told me I don’t need it. Confusing, but maybe was a mixup somewhere and everything seems okay without it! - The manager told me she would be following-up via phone call the following day after the procedure to check-in, but I didn’t receive a call. I did however get a call the day after, and was told it was because she was with her daughter the day prior (they were closed the day before too, which could also have been why they didn’t give me a call). She is incredibly friendly and nice - I received 300 grafts less than what I paid for (which I am happy about! Dr. Khalid didn’t want to add more/less that exactly what I needed). I did have to ask to be refunded the difference, but was given a refund immediately after looking into it - Complimentary after-transplant treatments are mentioned prior to the procedure, but be sure to ask for them after the procedure is complete if you’d like them. I haven’t tried them yet, but it’s nice that they offer this I will edit as I start to see my results. I am currently 4 days post-op hair transplant

The technicians, Tatyana, Claudia, and Nusrat, delivered exemplary service, deserving of the highest praise. My decision to consult HRI, as opposed to other clinics, was heavily influenced by the positive testimonials I encountered online. I am now compelled to contribute to these commendations. If you are deliberating over whether to proceed with such a treatment, I assure you, based on my experience, that the team at HRI is thoroughly commendable. The duration of the surgery was extensive, a reality I intend to present candidly. Nevertheless, the positive atmosphere maintained by the staff ameliorated the day's challenges. Currently, I am one week post-operative and harbor a profoundly optimistic outlook regarding the results. I plan to share comparative images in six months and anticipate sharing successful outcomes. Based on the exceptional care provided thus far, my expectations are high.

I had the absolute best experience at the Hair Restoration Institute of Minnesota. Everything from my initial consultation with Nate to the procedure with Dr Reese and the team was top notch. I really enjoyed my experience at the HRI. During the initial consultation, the staff were very supportive and thorough to ensure that I was ready for the transplant day. The doctors take their time when working with you to determine which procedure would be most ideal for your specific case. Nate was extremely helpful and replied to emails in no time! On the day of the transplant, Nusrat, Jay and Dr. Singh were all absolutely amazing. They really helped put me at ease with their professionalism, artistic sense/vision (critical to determining the hairline location) and calm demeanor. Nusrat and Jay are not only highly skilled but a delight to talk to; the procedure went by in no time. It has been a few months only and I’m already seeing incredible results! These folks are professional and trustworthy. The staff is welcoming and super knowledgeable. I have issues with low blood pressure and they handled my lightheaded episode super efficiently.Looking forward for to seeing my results!

I had a great procedure at the hair restoration institution of Minnesota. My procedure was a 2206 hair graft hair transplant in addition to a medium eyebrow transplant. Super excited to see the results in 9-12 months. The staffs nail exactly where I want the hairs grafts to go for my hairlines and eyebrows.

Doctor was fantatic. My front hair line was receeding a lot and now it is fully restored using the FUE method. The staff were incredibly friendly and gracious. I'm only a couple days out and my scalp is already fully healed. I didn't have any pain and didn't have to take any tylenol. The whole thing was perfect and easy. I had a wonderful experience and have already referred many of my friends to Hair Restoration Institute of Minnesota.
