Thank you for sharing your photos and concerns. The pics demonstrate pretty well what bothers you. We have many techniques and options to treat the bridge (dorsum) of your nose, nostrils, and nasal tip area. We strive for symmetry and a natural appearance to balance with your facial features. I think that it's helpful to find examples of noses that you like (actors, models, etc.) and I encourage my patients to bring me these pics so I get a sense of what they are looking for. As the other doctors have mentioned, it is very important to find a surgeon who is experienced with revision rhinoplasty surgery.
Thanks for your question. In my experience, you can get a result very similar to the photos that you have provided with the use of an injectable filler. Also would allow you to evaluate your appearance with enhanced cheeks to be certain that you like the overall look. Using hyaluronic acid based fillers (I use LYFT for this in my clinic) also have the advantages of being very reliable (and also reversible since it can be "melted away" with an injectable enzyme). The downside of fillers, however, are that they are temporary solutions. Fat grafting injections would be longer lasting, but the final outcome of fat injections is less certain, because it's technique dependent and even may vary with your body weight. Cheek implants are reliable, long-lasting (and removable) but require a small operation to place them. Good luck !!
