Wonderful. I am thrilled with my teeth. This was the best thing I ever did for myself. The whole staff was wonderful. I told them what I wanted and they totally delivered. They helped me decide on the perfect shade. I had been so nervous beforehand and it turned out I had nothing to worry about. Not even pain. Amazing. And they took care of me the whole time. I wholly recommend these wonderful folks.

Thank you! I was still a little numb so my bottom lip is a bit off but this is the first time I've seen my real smile in 8 years. With the partials even if I did smile it looked nothing like my true smile, which I have now. :)

Looks great! I will be having this procedure and am terrified and I cannot take any pain meds due to allergies. So you say I should not be afraid and it is worth it? Did you do upper and lower

I had mine done with Golpa almost 6 weeks ago and I never took any of the pain pills they prescribed. I was very worried what the pain would be like and I can't very truthfully say there wasn't any!

SO worth it. Truly. And you have no reason to worry, idk how he does it but it is mostly painless. You'd have to go over the allergies with him so he can give you something else. There is an anti-inflammatory that is so good, its like the narcotic of and it works probably better than the pain meds. I remember having kidney stones and they kept giving me dilaudid and it wasn't touching my pain. After the CT scan they gave me Toradol and the pain just melted away and I wanted to just go to sleep! But I had no real pain, after I got home they felt like they were really tight, but within 2 days the swelling went down and I was good.

Thanks for the encouragement. Not sure where you had them done, I live near dayton Ohio.also did you have to go to a different dentist to get your dentures made prior to the procedure? Not all dentists have a lab in their office. And was there a lot of visits beforehand to prepare? Lastly how comfortable are they? Does it make speech or eating hard in the beginning? I appreciate any info you can give me. I can't get into to see my specialist until January 23 and I have questions

Dr. Golpa'S office does phone consults and so you can get any questions you have answered. I also found someone on facebook who had had hers done by him 3 years ago and I pestered her with so many questions! She was great to answer them and she pointed out at one point I was almost trying to talk myself out of it. I have lmtrouble deciding on shoes or glasses frames without someone to give their opinion so it was scary but once I decided and had my flight booked I felt much calmer

And it was 3 visits, 3 days. Consult, then surgery, then teeth and you are good to go have lunch afterwards, I kid you not.

Dr Golpa in Las Vagas is running a special currently, you can google "dr golpa G4 limited time offer" and it should bring up the page for you. I want this done so bad, specially since this brings down the cost so much, after feb 1st it goes up to be in line with everyone else offering a lesser service

Thank you. I didn't have any dentures made before hand. I went in to Dr. Golpa's office, they took many x-rays and did a CT scan, and took pictures of the inside of my mouth. The next morning they did the surgery and they give you some great drugs, I vaguely remember feeling pain and moaning and immediately they pushed more meds and I have no memory of anything else. I did take the pain killers he gave me, but honestly I didn't need them, ibuprofen was plenty. I just took them to keep any pain from coming but it was fine. I was so afraid to see myself without teeth, but I not only looked in the mirror, I took a few pics of myself just because. So Dr. Golpa haS his own lab, and after your surgery they do another measurement I think, it's kind of fuzzy, but they made the teeth with their custom milling machine. They are beautiful, they look and feel like teeth. They are made of crystal ultra and if you look that up in Google it's a superior material. So his technology is so advanced I didn't need temporarily, I got my permanent teeth and then I was good to go. They feel very comfortable to me. In the literature they gave me it warned I may have to practice eating and speaking at first, but I had no problem. Even my mom said how much better I sounded, as my partials made me lisp. They feel natural and I am not afraid to eat anythibg. I guess they have a slight bulk at the sides, so sometimes I go to eat and I think I have gum in my mouth but I'm gettIng more and more accustomed to them, they feel as close to real teeth as I think you can get. Good luck!!! Look up Dr. Mike Golpa in Vegas, he has people from everywhere come to him. He charges less than Lear choice or anywhere else and he does just this, and he is an expert. Plus they put you up in a hotel while you are there.
