First off, Dr. Janssen, is very personable, professional and has a great bedside manner. I chose him due to his reviews and I liked the looks of him. It has been 3 solid days since the fat transfer. Fat taken from my belly to my boobies. I am very happy with my flat stomach. 720 cc's taken, 360 approx for each breast. My breast currently do not look as symmetrical as I would like, the left, which was smaller originally, looks more plump and round, the right, not so much. Hoping it all pans out in the end. I hear it takes month 3 for the true story to be told. That said, if updates need to be made, I will definitely go back to FVPS in Oshkosh. They treated me with not just expected professionalism but pampering. They got me nestled in a comfy bed before the operation and even put a tube pumping warm air into and under the warm blanket they gave me. They did everything right. Dr. Janssen spoke with me before and after (although my memory is fuzzy for the right after). The staff cared for me in every way. I felt cared for. They not only have a skilled plastic surgeon but hire excellent staff. I want to thank everyone who I interacted with. Pics are before and the following days after....I'll keep updating as things progress.

I am using Strataderm daily to reduce scars and wearing Shapewear as advised. I am glad to only have one more week of needing to wear that daily. I really like the progress. My breasts are not as high and tight, beginning to relax. Getting the fat from my tummy area was an excellent choice. I love the thinner waistline. I do wish my scars were both even. My right breast, it's a little jagged. I do hope in time those lines will be faint due to using Strataderm daily as well as using vasoline 1x a day. I push upward on the scar approx 10x with the Strataderm and vasoline as advised by the nurse to help reduce scarring.

I am seeing my breast soften and relax now, looking more natural. I am still a cup size bigger. I love the narrow waist line. Finally, I am ready to work out and build some tone in that tummy! All aches and tightness in the tummy area are finally gone. I still apply Strataderm daily to my scar areas. No regrets on doing this procedure. Loving the updated me.

I've been putting on Strataderm daily as recommended. My breast changes from 2 weeks ago are not dramatic. I notice they have softened a bit more. The nipples looking more natural too. The scars are still slowly fading. I've read it can take up to a year for the scars to go away as much as they possibly can. My tummy isn't flat but I think it just needs exercise and tone. It definitely is slimmer than before this procedure. I will update again in a month. Month 3 is supposed to be the "magic" number where your breasts are what you get. I've already bought and wear wired bras most of the time. I enjoy wearing sports bras on non work days. Overall, still very happy I had this procedure

They say 3 months is the magic number. The doctor added 360 cc's to each breast. I'm 85% satisfied. I love the nipple lift. The breast themselves are not exactly the same size. I went in with asymmetry. I can see I still have it yet bigger more beautiful breast too. If I had another $6k to throw at my boobs, I'd add a little more fat to the one on the left. I feel like it could use just a little more to make them perfectly symmetrical. This said, no regrets. I love my flat tummy and am working on building tone in my core. Just have begun that journey. I'm going through a divorce and this new body gives me the self confidence I really need right now. I feel good better about being 44 and divorced. I still used the strataderm daily. Doctor told me the red lines would fade in 6-9 months. Overall, happy with the results.

I believe I must have lost around 30% as predicted. Still no regrets. My left nipple was an issue. It was inverted and was always "shy" but at the end of February, I decided to see if there was a way to "bring her out" The dr said this can be more pronounced after a fat transfer. So I googled around and found on Amazon, Supple Cups for Flat, Shy and Inverted Nipples (Size 3). After a month of steady use, it is almost never shy! If it is, I can just stretch the sides of my areola and out she pops! I love my new waist line. The nipple lift really makes a huge difference. If I could afford it, I'd go back to plump up the left book maybe 200 cc and the right 150 cc but I don't have the money to do it again anytime soon and over all I am quite pleased. I have read the fat loss is minimal now and hope that is true.

Sigh, I can tell I lost a little more fat. I cannot express how happy I am that I got a nipple lift. Without that, I would be sad. I feel like I have went up about half a cup size in total. I'm a large B or small C. I am happiest with my flat belly and nipples. If I had the money, I would go back and add an extra 260 ccs on the left and 180 ccs on the right. Ladies, I went 60ccs bigger than I initially was going to go for, now if I could go back, I would have went 180ccs bigger, if allowed. Oh well, still overall happy. The strataderm is finally starting to fade those red scars, just wish my fat would have all stayed. It is what it is.

Well I don't feel I have lost anymore fat. My belly that was lipo'd started looking like I had bit saggy skin where they took away my baby belly so I started doing Rebecca Louise Abs. 10-15 min a day now for about 40 days. I like the results I am starting to see. Still putting the strataderm on daily and slowly the red lines are fading.

Well I am surprised to find my breast have lost more fat. I am guessing I'm at 50% loss at this point. I started to do Rebecca Louise Abs daily for around 80 days straight now which makes me feel better about my tummy. I am very glad I got the nipple lift as I have lost more fat in my breast than I would have liked. I hope the loss stops now as I haven't lost weight. Still doing the strataderm daily.

Very content with the results. Breast lift lines are fading over time with daily use of Strataderm. I've been doing 10-15 min of Rebecca Louise abs daily for over 90 days and it has tightened the lose skin from my lipo in the belly area. I only wish I had a little more lipo'd but over all very happy. Looking forward to those lines from the lift vanishing forever. When I look back to the before pic, I can say this was 100% worth the money.

Well it's more like 9 months and a week. I was slow to getting this pic taken and slow to upload. I think I've kept a half a cup bigger in size. The nipple lift helps me feel satisfied with the end results. I do 10 min ab work outs with rebecca louise daily due to have some extra skin where he lipo'd it, wish he lipo'd just a tab more but oh well. This was the best investment on my body I ever made. I still use strataderm daily and the lines are finally fading to flesh color,

Have seen no change in breast size in months. scars seem to very slowly be fading. Continuing to do my 10-15 min Rebecca Louise Ab workouts daily to help with extra skin where fat was taken from my belly. Still putting Strataderm on scars daily.

It's an amazing transformation when I look back to the before pic from just over a year ago. No regrets. Best decision I ever made. Even though I lost what seems to be half the fat, just going up to half a cup size, I am very content with the body I have now. Starting the daily ab workout ritual 7 months ago has really increased my self esteem and also, having abs rocks! This is my last update as it's been a year and I've leveled off now without changes besides a better belly for months now.
