Will Be Getting A Second Opinion From Another Plastic Surgeon

I feel invalidated and very disrespected. If you have a patient who is blatantly telling you something is wrong, then you need to listen. Swallow your pride and accept that something could be wrong. Do the testing. And LISTEN. You have a patient that drove 2 and a half hours, spent 8 thousand dollars, and you don't want to make sure they're satisfied?!

I repeatedly told Dr. Janssen that I'm not feeling okay, and that something is wrong with my right breast. He talked so down to me, like I was making it up and had no idea what I was talking about. How are you going to tell someone that what THEY ARE FEELING is wrong?! Now, I have to go to my general doctor and likely pay for them to do testing. And after that, I will be getting a second opinion from another plastic surgeon. DO NOT waste your time or money on this man.
