My Journey, Which I Will Continue to Update

It's an amazing transformation when I look back to the before pic from just over a year ago. No regrets. Best decision I ever made. Even though I lost what seems to be half the fat, just going up to half a cup size, I am very content with the body I have now. Starting the daily ab workout ritual 7 months ago has really increased my self esteem and also, having abs rocks! This is my last update as it's been a year and I've leveled off now without changes besides a better belly for months now.

Have seen no change in breast size in months. scars seem to very slowly be fading. Continuing to do my 10-15 min Rebecca Louise Ab workouts daily to help with extra skin where fat was taken from my belly. Still putting Strataderm on scars daily.
