I have recently explanted with Dr.Khan and I am extremely happy I made the decision to do so. I live out of state in CA so it took me quite some time researching the procedure, reading reviews, doing quite a few consultations with different surgeons and finally making a decision. The minute I did my consultation with Dr. Khan I knew immediately he was the only surgeon I would trust for the surgery. He is so warm and welcoming even through a video chat, I could feel it. He explained the procedure thoroughly to me, went over all symptoms, asked questions, answered all of mine and addressed all of my concerns and fears .After the consultation was over there was no pressure made to book with Dr.Khan, but his team made themselves available anytime I called with any questions or concerns. The day of my preop I went in with so many fears and uncertainties but left feeling like everything would be fine. The surgical team was amazing. They walked me through how the entire procedure would go and addressed any concerns. My nurse Emily was top down one of the best nurses I have ever had the pleasure of crossing paths with. From start to finish. Their entire staff was just completely amazing and made me feel so happy with my decision from beginning to end. I am extremely thankful for Dr. Khan and his staff for making me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to explant with them. I would recommend Dr. Khan to ANYONE who ask. Well worth the travel!!!

I cannot say enough good things about my explant experience with Dr. Khan. His mastery in explant surgery, especially with total capsulectomy (complete capsule removal), truly sets him apart. He handled my case with such precision and care it was clear from the start that I was in the hands of an expert. Not only did he remove everything thoroughly and safely, but the way he did my stitches was incredible. His technique was so meticulous that I healed faster than I ever expected. My incisions were clean, minimal, and beautifully done. I could tell he truly takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results. Dr. Khan and his staff go above and beyond to help you make the best decision for yourself. They make you feel comfortable and confident from the beginning of the process to the end. After researching many “ex plant” “experts”, Dr. Khan by far exceeded my expectations. He actually listens to his patients and sincerely believes in helping women gain their health back. Updated on 25 Mar 2025: After being diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in 2019, going through chemo and opting for a double mastectomy and implants, I thought at the time it was the right decision for me. Within weeks of having the implants placed, I was experiencing back pain that would not go away. As time went by, I continued to develop symptoms of autoimmune disease, brain fog, joint pain, hives, severe fatigue and the list goes on. I had multiple tests run only to be told that I am fine. Lots of research later, I came across BII only to be told that it’s not a real thing. Dr. Khan was recommended by someone who experienced the same issues. After setting up my consultation and talking to his staff as well as himself, I waited a few more months just to make sure and get a few other opinions. These conversations led me back to Dr. Khan. The support and knowledge that he shares with his patients goes above and beyond a typical Dr. He truly believes in BII and that implants are making women sick. From the beginning of the process and as I’m just 4 days post op, the staff and Dr. Khan are there for questions anytime of the day/night. If you are thinking of explanation, please consider Dr.Khan. You will not regret it.

Dr Khan, Shaher and his team, Sally Administration, Caitlyn Registered Nurse, and Radwa CRNA were all amazing. They were all experts in their fields. Dr Khan is very skilled and compassionate. He truly cares about his patients and achieving the best results and outcomes. I did extensive research and discovered that he is one of the best at breast implant removal/explantation. I traveled from Georgia to have him as my doctor and it was definitely worth it.

Amazing experience as far as a surgery is concerned. I went into my procedure in good health. But I was surprised at how easy recovery has been and I assume it’s due to Dr. Khan’s explant method. Post op was a breeze. As far as the experience leading up to surgery, Dr. Khans team is impressive. They patiently answer all questions. They are helpful and reassuring. I had my explants for 15 1/2 years. I have so many symptoms off of the breast implant illness chart. Beast implants are not lifetime devices.. they are meant for 10 year max. I am 4 days post op explant removal with full complete capsulectomy. I had Dr. Khan as my surgeon. I reviewed him for over a year. I am so glad that he was my surgeon. I feel confident in his process. I know that he removed all of the capsule as I have videos and pictures. I have not had any pain just soreness. I wish I would have done this sooner!

I had saline implants over the muscle for over 10 years and BII is real. I was gaining waiting, constantly fatigued and depressed and I accepted it thinking it’s normal stress of life at work and home. But once I did my homework and read about BII I knew I had it and once I explanted I can now confirm I feel better. I’m three weeks post op and I’ve dropped 11 pounds and I no longer get tired throughout the day. My chest feels so much lighter and I’m so much happier without the heavy skin pulling bags I had in. Explanting with DR.Khan is a serious decision you will not regret. I’ve had every question answered and first class service. I did not need any hard pain meds and his method doesn’t require drains which makes the post op recovery process so much more efficient. Do not suffer any longer and see a surgeon whose patients had real change and real results.
