I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experiences at Estetica. From the moment I first walked into their office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Amanda welcomed me with a genuine smile and always takes the time to explain all the options available to me (and there are plenty!). Honestly, without her guidance, I probably wouldn’t have even known about some of the amazing things they offer they are best suited for me. The atmosphere itself was inviting and comforting, making me feel at ease (particularly in a place that can sometimes cause one to stress!). The entire staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making my experience truly exceptional. I always leave Estetica feeling confident and well-informed, eagerly looking forward to my next visit. I will highly recommend Estetica to all of my family and friends.

Recently returned to Dr. Delange for a brow-lift previously having had a few procedures all with excellent results, this process was no different. Minimum pain, downtime and overall I am thrilled with results. Dr. Delange and his staff provide excellent care. When i started this journey two year ago i had no idea the difference it would make in my confidence and appearance. Look no further . . . Dr. DeLange and his staff are top notch! I have been a patient for 4 years and had 3 different types of surgeries (face lift/breast lift/eye lid lift). I couldn’t be happier and my recovery time was always easy and fast. My scars were minimal, thin & perfectly straight and continue to fade with time (no signs of scars any longer on my eyelids or with my face lift). I'm 19 years old, and I went to Dr. Arturo Guiloff in Palm Beach Gardens Florida for a breast augmentation. The staff at Estetica Institute are by far the best! The procedure was so quick and went very smoothly. My nurse and anestheiologist were so caring, friendly, and amazing all around! Recovery went smoothly as well. My final result was from a bottom A cup size to a full C cup size, and they look amazing! Most definantly recommend Dr. Guiloff at Estetica Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida!

I had multiple procedures at the Estetica Institute over the past few weeks. For a variety of reasons I delayed years having anything done. Finally I decided it was now or never so I did my research and picked my doctor. I went with a vague idea of what I wanted and Dr. Delange worked his majic. I am thrilled with the results. He is a gifted surgeon and his team is amazing. Pain level was minimum, before and aftercare compassionate and reassuring. If you want the best, Dr. Delange and his team are who you need to see.

Hello, I am six months post op, while i had some rough days, I found the entire experience manageable. Dr. Delange is extremely talented in his vision of what will gain you the best results and his staff are wonderful. My breast have settled, my face and eyes have healed and I have lost 30 lbs. since my procedures. The benefit has been not only in my 'refreshed looks' but that my health has improved tremendously, with annual blood work to prove it. My Internist was extremely impressed. Probably the most discomfort came from the Lipo swelling and the advice I would give anyone, certainly someone my age, is to be realistic, prepare for feeling pain/discomfort for several weeks and remember each day it gets better. I only focused on what my end results would be and did one day at a time. I did not take any pain medicine only Ibuprofen for a couple days post op. I just rested and drank plenty of water, eating lightly for the first couple of weeks. I will try to figure out this picture posting as I would like older women to know they can do it.

I am 9 months post surgery, it has only gotten better. My advice to anyone considering refreshing themselves, just do it..you will never look back. The pain is managable and the results make you feel like a new person. Never too late....Dr. Delange works magic.

Everything continues to just get better. Recently I had a brow lift performed. Everything went outstanding, pain was almost non existent, just mild headache and tightness around stitches. Two black eyes faded in short time, minimum downtime returning to work Five day post op using makeup to hide bruises. I highly recommend Dr Delange if you are contemplating any type of surgery. He is extraordinarily talented and his staff and office is excellent in every way.

After a pregnancy 10 years ago and a 50 pound weight loss, I was left with an abdominal area that was less than ideal. I had extra skin and fat in areas that were unaffected by diet and exercise. I researched plastic surgeons in my area (southwest Wisconsin), but was not impressed. Fortunately, I chose to travel to West Palm Beach, FL ( a beautiful area!) to have my surgery done by Dr. DeLange at Estetica Institute. As I'm approaching the 3 week post-op mark, I can honestly say that I am thrilled with my results and very happy I chose to have this procedure done. Even with swelling, my abdominal area looks great! My incision is low and I have not had any complications. I'm a 39 year old mother of two born by Caesarian. I am 4'9" and 100 lbs and after having 2 c-sections I was left with 2 very undesirable scars and a bunch of loose skin on my stomach. I knew the results would be good but I could never have imagined how FANTASTIC I would look after. I am seven weeks post-op and I could not be happier with my results. My experience throughout my procedures was nothing less than perfection. The staff at the Estetica Institute is amazing. Every time I have called the office they pick up the phone on the first ring. I have never been on hold for a nurse to answer a question for more than a minute. They are the only doctors office that I have ever been to that knows how to keep an appointment. I have never waited for more than five minutes in the waiting room. All the staff are super sweet and make you feel very important and cared for. Dr. Delange is an amazing surgeon who listens to all of your questions and concerns. I have never felt rushed in my appointments with him. He calls you post-op (even on a weekend) and gives you his cell number if you have any questions. Making the decision to fix my issues with my body have been life changing and I am so happy that I choose Dr. Delange to perform my procedures. I would (and have) recommend Dr. Delange to anyone considering plastic surgery.

Looking in mirror I saw skin hanging down on my neck and it made me look so old.
Had procedure done by Dr. Arturo Guiloff at Estetica Institute and the outcome was more than i expected. He also combined my neck lift with lower face lift.
I was so worried prior to procedure and wanted to look natural and Dr. Guiloff did exactly as promised

I am 47 years old and I look 30 now. Nobody knows what I had done, but everybody notices how awesome I look! My experience at Estetica was flawless. I never had to wait to see the doctor or the nurses. The procedure was short and pretty painless. The recovery at home was a lot easier than I expected and I did not take any painkillers. Hi Everyone!! So I am beyond excited and nervous about my Mommy Makeover that is officially scheduled for 10/5/17. I have a 10 YO and a 7 YO. I had the gastric sleeve surgery in between pregnancies and I have lost 90 lbs. since my heaviest at 266 (yikes!) After my 7 YO I ended up gaining some of the weight back. I never wanted to go back to being 266 so I knew I had to do something when the scale hit 215. I was out of shape, unhealthy and overall insecure. Being very self-conscious and hating my body was not a way of like. But that's the only like I've ever known. So one day I decided enough was enough. I started working out at Orange Theory. For 6 months I busted my butt off ant thought I was eating better and although i felt better and everyone around me complimented me the scale refused to budge. I got frustrated but didn't give up. I went to see a nutritionist who helped me figure out what I was doing wrong in my diet. In December 2016 I started my new lifestyle eating regimen as recommended by the nutritionist and kept working out. I'm down almost 40 lbs and I can see the difference. All along my goal was to have breast augmentation and a lift as it's something I've battled with hating about myself my entire life. So as I was able to turn my life around and become a healthier me, I am rewarding myself with the surgery... and while I am at it, I am throwing in the tummy tuck as I really need it due to all the excess skin and I am too afraid to even think about surgery again :) So... after 6 consultations and countless hours researching I have chosen my surgeon... Dr. Gregory Delange! I felt convinced from the first time I met him. It's funny bc I kept reading othe rstories about how they just knew that was the one for them, and then I started going to appts and kept coming out dissappointed thinking maybe I won't have that click with anyone. Maybe I am over thinking it and not allowing myself to feel comfortable with anyone. But sure enough when I went in for my consult with him I was sold. I saw several doctors in the area and was so shocked at their style, responses and overall personality with me as they were trying to gain my business. Dr. Delange made me feel as ease and most importantly safe. I hope I don't regret my decision, but I don't think I will. I hope to post as I am going thru the crazy roller coast emotions of the surgery and recovery to help some as others have helped me with their stories! Best of luck to you all!

So today was my pre-op... And words cannot express the anxiety that is starting to settle in. I am so overwhelmed with emotions... It's so exciting and so scary all at once!! Will try to post throughout my process as reading every one else's stories is what has helped me along this journey so far! Will post pictures when I'm post-op (AKA. on the other side).

Hello Everyone!!! Words cannot express my happiness! Just got back from my 1 week post-op appt and I am doing phenomenally well! Sorry I haven't posted sooner... it really did fly by! Ok so I have to say the worst part of it all so far was my car ride home. Yep... that's it! I have had pain, nothing unbearable (however for the first 72 hours I made sure to stay on top of pain meds and muscle relaxers. I have had discomfort, again nothing unbearable.

I sincerely thank with all my heart Dr. DeLange and his crew at the Estetica Institute! They never once let me feel anxious the day of surgery and trust me, I totally thought I would be. As I walked in the day of surgery Dr. DeLange was there ready and waiting for me. His energy and excitement was just what I needed that morning. He was happy for me, he reminded me how long I had waited and planned for this, and he reassured me that I was safe and I would be so happy! I was so nervous with my severe Latex Allergy and his nurse was on top of it from the second I saw her. She was warm and welcome, sweet and gave off this air of confidence with care and concern. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! And anesthesia was amazing. He numbed my hand first and then put in IV... I didn't feel a thing! A tiny poke for the lidocaine and then slight pressure and manuevering to put IV in for like 20 seconds and done. Then he asked he if I was ready to relax. I said yes and he put 2 syringes into my IV and all I remember is him saying "OK lets walk over to the OR." I don't remember walking, but I obviously did. And I don't remember getting onto the OR bed, but I did. And then I vaguely remember hearing him say "Let's wrap her arm for the blood pressure cuff." (which was something he told me he'd do as an extra precaution for my latex allergy. He was confident there wasn't latex on the cuff but since its plastic and it would be on for long, he wanted to be as safe as possible, which made me feel safe!) And then I was being woken up by my awesome nurse telling me I was done. Yes I had pain, but that was mainly bc of the post op reclining chair, as the pain was more in my back then anywhere else. Needless to say, my nurse went and got my anesthesiologist and he gave me something through my IV and I was comfortable again! And that was that, I walked out to my car (yes in pain, uncomfortable and groggy, but not horrible crazy either).

And then the worst ride of my life began! My poor, poor husband !!! I moaned, cried, yelled and screamed at him over every little movement the car made. It really wasn't my tummy tuck, it was more the boobs that provided pain for me. Almost like difficult to breathe. Well our car ride home was normally a 35 minute ride and it took us just over an hour. I didn't think I'd make it alive, but I did. And from there on out, every single day I have felt signicantly better. Stopped all prescription pain meds on day 4. My doctor does use Exparel during the Tummy Tuck which I can only assume aided my decreased pain from that significantly. I don't have another tummy tuck without it to compare it to, but considering I have heard and read horror stories about the pain, my pain was no where near that so I am going to go on a limb and say, that really works and is a must!

I did have a very healthy lifestyle for a year before my surgery. I worked out until the day before and ate clean as well. I also believe that this has helped my recovery and healing process.

So here I am 1 week post op and I want to be 100% back to my normal life, however I know I can't. I still have discomfort. I am taking Tylenol Extra Strength about 3 times a day. I still have my drain... it's coming out tomorrow!!!!!! Cant' wait! Not because it hurts or anything but bc its simply annoying. Gym starts in 7-10 days (low impact, walking, stairmaster, etc)!!!! And doc says I can drive if I want to but I am going to give it a few more days.

Again, if anyone is in the market for this procedure, Dr. DeLange and the entire crew has been over the top phenomenal with me and I would recommend them completely!!!

Dr. DeLange and the ENTIRE team at Esthetica Institute is AMAZING! I cannot put into words how happy I am! From the care, concern, treatment leading up to the big day, my big day and my post op care so far (1 Week PO)!!! I am just in awe at how wonderful everything and everyone has been! Bedside manner for me was HUGE! Funny bc my best friend is an OR nurse and she was like "you want arrogance and confidence, don't worry about bedside manner." Yeah no, that doesn't work for me! So I went with Confidence, Comfort, Safe, and Bedside Manner (and of course reviews and pic results). And I cannot be any happier! Love my doctor and the entire staff! Thank you, thank you, and thank you!!
