Absolutely the best! I was a hot mess express after my first surgeon cancelled on me two weeks before my scheduled surgery. They were willing to work with me and put me at ease. I called all over to get a consultation and by far Dr. Stokes was the best! She is the only one I would trust, I have a VP shunt in my stomach and had no problem with my TT. She completed my surgery with the upmost care and consideration. My results are great so far! I am still in acute recovery but I’m confident it will continue to go well. I email them to date with any post op concerns and they respond IMMEDIATELY! So refreshing! I checked many popular Miami doctors and the ‘ instagram famous’ Dr as well, I have a list I would stay far far away from. Dr.Stokes is a real plastic surgeon and has amazing credentials. She works A LOT with women and breast reconstruction, her story and why she is a surgeon is quite remarkable! It is more than just money for her, but a compassion and passion. My TT personally helped me with a lot of issues I was having, it was more than just cosmetic and Dr. Stokes listened to that. Asdy WERKS yes WERKS patient care/front desk with the best quality service. I would highly recommend or request Asdy to coordinate your care. The nurse is great as well. I am Esse gal now for all future concerns as I continue on my health journey!
I spend a lot of time between NY and Florida. When I was visiting family my sister turned me in to an amazing skin tightening treatment! I had Exilis done to my chest and knees, I can’t believe how quickly I saw my results. I usually wear pants and coats up north but it felt amazing to not feel self conscious in shorts and tank tops. I will definitely have more treatments done next time I am in town.
I've wanted to get a labiaplasty for the past 10 years. Ever since I was a preteen I hated my labia. Now at 31 I finally got it done! It seemed like one of those things I'd only dream of doing but never actually do. But when I got to age 30 I decided it's time to start making some of those dreams come true which included taking better care of myself and making myself look and feel the best I can be. Which included getting my labiaplasty! I had it done this past Friday and already it looks amazing. There was practically no bruising at all and the swelling was also minimal. It looks really healthy and normal colored, no Frankenstein job here, and has barely bled at all since having the procedure done. I only needed my labia minora reduced so I got the wedge technique and it looks perfect. It is so cute, I can't even believe this vagina is mine! I saw Dr. Sudarsky in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She is a 5 star top doctor here on Real Self and specializes in labiaplasty. She has almost 30 years of experience as a plastic surgeon and is an award winning prestigious doctor who has worked around the world treating women and children and was chief of plastic surgery at Good Samaritan hospital in New York. She founded Esse Plastic Surgery in Florida which is by far the most impressive medical clinic I've ever been to. It's beautiful, very feminine, and very professional. I've seen a lot of labiaplasty horror stories so I wanted to see the best surgeon in Florida and cost was not an issue. If you're getting a labiaplasty it's absolutely imperative you go to the best of the best. Save up your money, don't settle for a cheap doctor because you get what you pay for and you will be devastated if your vagina gets botched, not to mention how bad recovery can be with a botched labiaplasty. I also wanted a female doctor. To me that was very important because not only did it make me feel more comfortable but also gave me peace of mind seeing a doctor who specializes in women's anatomy which she can relate to and understand better than a man, being that she is also a woman with the same anatomy. Her bedside manner was outstanding, she genuinely cares for her patients and listens to them. Very down to earth and gives you a great sense of calm and peace of mind. She'll go out of her way to call you personally even on the weekend to check on you. I'm going to do a doctor review on here for her too separate from this one. Here I just wanted to share my experience and say if you want a labiaplasty, definitely look into this doctor or find another top doctor like her. Do your research and you won't be disappointed! On that note, I do want to express my experience has not been perfect. The doctor was fantastic, her team at Esse and at the Surgery Center of Fort Lauderdale, where I had my procedure done, were all fantastic. But my own personal recovery has been a struggle. I've been in a lot of pain, even with the pain killers. I had a hard time taking the Percocet at first because it gave me a terrible headache the first 2 days. I switched to ibuprofen with the doctor's "ok" but she didn't want me to take too much because of the bleeding risk associated with NSAID drugs. So I switched back to the Percocet yesterday and been tolerating it better now. My biggest issue at the moment is the constipation. Partly it's from the Percocet but also it seems like the muscles down there are having a hard time working normally because of the strain on the wound area. Been drinking prune juice and taking Dulcolax and have barely gone #2 in 5 days!! So that is stressing me out because I don't want to strain the stitches and risk damaging anything. So my biggest difficulties in my experience have been suffering through the pain and problems going to the bathroom. Peeing isn't as bad, I'm able to urinate and it doesn't sting that bad when you squirt water on the vagina with the little water squirter thing they give you. But the muscles or whatever for peeing are also struggling to "turn on" like normal. It's like everything down there is going into safe mode because of the trauma to the vaginal area. But despite being in so much pain I can visibly see the whole area looks excellent and is healing smoothly. I may just be more sensitive to pain than others cause I've seen a lot of reviews where the women say they had minimal pain. Or it could be I'm experiencing more pain since I've had trouble taking the pain killers. Anyway, I unfortunately don't want to upload photos just because I have a visible tattoo in the area that heaven forbid someone would recognize! But it looks amazing and if anyone wants to see how it looks just look up Dr. Sudarsky and see her previous work, because it looks just as good. Hope my review helps! Wanted to include my struggle with going to the bathroom cause I had a hard time finding other reviews with the same problem. So if anyone else experiences that problem then know you are not alone!
Esse Plastic Surgery is absolutely over the top. Just had an implant exchange/bilateral mastoplexy and couldn't be happier with the office staff, hospital personnel and Dr. Stokes. Great communication pre and postop; highly recommended.
I knew that I had fibroids for many, many years. My thinking was, they're not bothering me so I won't bother them. However in recent years they have started to become problematic, lower back pain, heavy periods, belly becoming big from under the breast area (always had a big lower belly that would go down with exercise), constipation, frequent urination at night, painful intercourse at times and lately very bad acne. So, after my yearly physical in April, I was told that they were the size of a 4 1/2 month fetus, this month they're 5 1/2 month size, I started looking into having them removed, I figured that it was a fabulous time to get a flat tummy at the same time, it was not easy finding the surgeons that I needed, as a matter of fact I had no idea where to start looking. So I asked the question on real self about having the duel procedures, one of the Dr that answered was Dr Surdarsky from Essie Plastic surgery. I am happy that I found her, she and her staff especially linsey made me feel as if I was their only client, no question was ignored, and I had a LOT! Dr Surdarsky also found the gynecologist for me as well which was a huge help because I'm not from the USA nor are familiar really with this sort of thing. So after many weeks of emailing back and forth, I had an in person consultation, was told what was going to be done, encouraged to see both gynecologist and another plastic surgeon before makeing a choice. I feel as if I was led to Dr Surdarsky. I'm looking forward to the journey.
