Dr Galyna did my Botox! Always feel trusted with her … to the extent she even declined my request for Botox once when I came in requesting! It's hard to believe a procedure this effective can be completely painless, but it was. Before doing anything, they applied numbing cream to my face and neck, so when the Profilho was injected I felt literally nothing. And the results are instant. It's not like Botox where you go home and wait for it to work - you walk out of the clinic looking a hundred times better.

Before I found Dr Rakus I had Botox at a few other clinics, and always came up against one of two problems. The Ultracel had no down time , no pain, and I left with just a little moisturiser on.

The Intracel micro needling, you feel pressure from the needles, but numbed up it was fine. I was a little red, and hot but still took the train home.

This is the FIRST time I have ever seen real results for this terrible turkey neck of mine. I have a tiny way to go still, but at least I can feel confident enough to go out without the scarf or the turtle neck.

I have such gratitude, that I have FINALLY found SOMETHING that works - and I've been looking for a really long time. Money well worth spending.

I feel like I just want to keep coming back every 6 months for a top up and I will be happy with my neck! Finally.
