I have been having Ultracel Q+ With Dr Galyna for a while now. It does wonders for your face, for sure. But what a difference it makes to those dreadful creases on the stomach and above one’s knees - perfect if you want that bikini confidence! Dr Galyna is a master at getting you to look and feel great. I think what really makes a difference is that she cares about the results, about you and the whole experience you get. I will certainly keep going back for more!
If you are going to invest in looking good this one is an absolute must! I have always suffered from dry sensitive skin and spent a fortune on moisturisers. This treatment is a game changer, my skin is visibly more supple, hydrated and young. And there is no one better to administer the treatment! Dr Galyna was superb - she aims to achieve that natural look of ‘just returned from a relaxing holiday’ and delivers that reliably, with attention and care. Strongly recommend!
It was such a pleasant experience. She helped me to look rejuvenated and fresh without changing my appearances. She really understands the males’ face and what is the right treatment for them. She has a great eye for details. She actually convinced me not to do more and I’m very happy with results
Having my rounds of Vanquish ahead of my coolsculpting on my abdomen and flanks. It took some time to see the results but now I'm seeing a noticeable difference. My torso is becoming less bulky and loose, which was the desired result. Now I'm getting such good results Dr G is pushing ahead with more vanquish for me. We'll then move to cool sculpting for reduction. Both Dr Galyna and her Iryna are wonderful. Truly kind and positive and super committed to getting results. I'm so pleased I made the decision to go to the Dr Rakus clinic to see Dr Galyna.
6 week since my first treatment done by the amazing Dr Galyna at the Dr Rita Rakus clinic and I have seen difference in my stomach. Looking forward to my second treatment to see the final results. Dr Galyna is an amazing lady, pre treatment I went for consultation, she explained thoroughly how the process would work, the different applicators they have available at the clinic in order to provide bespoke treatment, realistic time frame to expect to see a change as it's a non invasive procedure full results to be seen after 12 weeks. She is a true professional and wealth of experience and knowledge. She is very welcoming and warm personality and made my experience very relaxed and at ease while having my treatment done. Her assistant Iryna was amazing throughout the treatment, would pop in regularly to see how I was, and always available at other end of the line for aftercare.
The best doctor I have ever met. She really cares about you and your body. She understands you and she helps you to reach your body and mind goals. Super professional, goal oriented and follows up after each treatment. I see 100% great results after my treatment.
I've always hated my midrift area. I had a pad of fat that wouldn't shift in spite of exercising regularly and intermittent fasting. I am a size 8. I wasted so much money on treatments that didn't work such as hypoxi and twice weekly cryolipo through Wowcher! I went to see Dr Galyna Selezneva at Dr Rita Rakus's clinic. She's friendly and approachable and said that one session of Cristal Ice Aesthetic would get rid of the fat pad. And she was right! After only one session, the bulge has gone! I'm delighted. I don't have to wear baggy clothes any more. The treatment itself isn't painful but it's sometimes uncomfortable; however it is easy to distract yourself with something interesting to read. It was a bit uncomfortable to the touch for a couple of days but massaging the area with aloe vera gel really helped. I had no bruising and there were no complications. I've just been for a review today and both Dr Galyna and her assistant were really pleased with the results; I am very happy. I wish I had done this a lot sooner.
To start I must say I am a very sceptic person by nature. Was a bit reluctant about the treatments but still decided to try them. Thinking I have nothing to lose even though they are not cheap. Haven't regretted my decision one bit. With Dr Galyna had a very personalised experience. And she is a wonderful lady and down to earth human being. Which makes it easier to talk to and get the answers you are looking for and the right advice. That said the professional side of the treatment was top notch. Her extended expertise and ongoing training on new treatments make the best out the latest equipment the clinic has at their disposal. To keep it short and simple. She knows what she’s doing. My results speak for them selves. I haven't even been following her advice as I should have and still I am happy with the results. Still going through the treatments though. And waiting to see more improvements. Might even follow her advice even. (Which I should have done in the first place)
I visited Dr Galyna Selezneva at Dr Rakus Clinic in London to try Emsculpt on my abdomen. I was every happy with the results, I feel much stronger in my core muscles which helps with my exercise as well and it’s easier to engage my abdomen muscle when I exercise. I also see more definition on my abs and feel lighter, my trousers fit better. Dr Galyna was very professional and explained the procedure in a simple way, she also stayed with me during the treatment and showed me some breathing technique to help me get to maximum settings within 1st session. Would recommend Dr Galyna and Emsculpt.
It’s been almost a year and a half since I have done my first coolsculpt session with DR Galyna: I had arms, stomach, love handles, bum and inner thighs done. My first session was in March 2018 and second in June 2018. I saw first result in two months time and for me it was not a gradual thing, but more like an overnight miracle) For my arms I needed one session and for the rest I had it done twice, for me it was a kick I needed in order to start loosing weight, because no matter how hard I tried my arms and my tummy stayed with me and I really hated it, as before I had my son, I had a flat tummy and nice hands. Although I did put some weight back on during the festive season, it went away very quickly in the area where the procedure was done)) I love my arms and I love going shopping again)) Dr Galyna is the best in business, she will turn you down if she sees that you don’t need the treatment, and with her I was certain that she will do the procedure correctly, there will be no prolapses, and no burns. I trust her completely when it comes to the cosmetic procedure, because for it is very important to know that my health is the top priority for the doctor who carries out the procedure.
Dear Anon, thank you for raising important question. Coolsculpting is a medical procedure and does have a number of side effects that should be considered and raised as a matter of priority in your consultation with the provider/ideally a medical doctor! I will try to answer your specific questions. Does Zeltiq hurt? Pain is subjective and each patient has diferent pain threshold. Good news is that even if there is mild pain it actually wears off rather fast. Not a single patient and I have treated thousands asked to stop the treatment or couldn’t complete. Many were back for more. What are the risks? Pain, bruising, numbness, burns, lumps, bumps and hardening of fat in very rare cases is possible. This is important and I would suggest you discuss this in detail during one to one consultation. However, Coolsculpting remains a safe procedure. Does it depend on how much suction/temperature doctor uses as to if there is bruising/pain afterwards? Suction and temperature is ‘built in’ as part of recommended protocols and is always never changed, very rarely and only on ‘original’ applicators the suction can be changed but is not recommended. Bruising and pain is subjective but will depend on suction, yes. Newer applicators are designed to minimise bruising and pain! Can Zeltiq cause nerve damage? Temporarily yes, but its more the nerve ending in the skin, they recover quickly and fully. However, there can be significant damage if coolsculpting is done wrongly, for example, the chin area! Please ensure you see medical doctor to ensure best possible outcomes. Cause Other problems? Can the suction pressure be controlled by the dr? Is the Bigger suction more painful than using 2 smaller suctions for the stomach? Pre/post treatment care? How long has it been being used in the states? in Europe? What are the complications? It appears to me that you have many question and its important for you to fully reseach the subject. The best way is to book a one to one consultation where you live. The provider should cover all of the above. Good luck and all the best, Dr Galyna
That is a brilliant question, thank you! First of all to answer your question, medical cryolipolysis or Coolsculpting in this case is a medical grade FDA approved and well researched non-invasive treatment that has proven to work efficiently. Having worked with Coolsculpting for over 4 years and personally performed thousands of treatments I have to say Coolsculpting Works! Done properly it is a safe and effective treatment to reduce pockets of fat. From my personal experience I have comments @Coolsculpting doesn’t work@ but I have to sate again, It Does. However, consultation is the key and it is important to understand patient’s medical history and actual concerns area. Some patients will require more than one treatment session to achieve the desired result. And during the consultation experienced doctor will be able to design a treatment plan which is person tailored. Good luck with your treatment! Dr Galyna
Thank you very much for you question. First of all to answer your question, medical cryolipolysis or Coolsculpting in this case is a medical grade fat reduction treatment to be performed under doctor supervision and by a trained provider. There are a number of risks involved and this should be covered during the initial consultation. Done properly it is a safe and effective treatment to reduce pockets of fat. It has been FDA clered for multiple body areas and over the years proved to be effective and efficient. I would like to take this opportunity to urge patient not to perform any medical treatment sat home including using ice to freeze fat. There are potentially many risks associate with uncontrolled freezing such as burns, scarring and loss of blood supply that may lead to necrosis of open wounds. Please make sure you are offered a one to one consultation prior to treatment to allow personalised treatment plan. Good luck, Dr Galyna
Thank you very much for you question. Unfortunately it is very difficult to answer the question without seeing a patient for one to one consultation and examination. However, the following will provide a general idea about the treatment pricing. The cost is per applicator and on average the prices in UK are between 800-895 pounds per small/medium size applicators. Some clinics will provide package prices but usually the pricing reflects the level of expertise so please always choose the best possible provider. The pricing of Zeltiq Coolsculpting should be protected so if the costs appears too low most probably it is not Coolsculpting. Another aspect to consider is that if you want to do arms, for example, it will be two applicators and in some cases taller patients with longer limbs may need two applicators per arms. I cannot stress enough the importance of consultation. The lower abdomen is usually 2 applicators but some patients may require large applicators (Cool Advantage Plus) and this will affect the costs. One last aspect is that in rare cases patients may need 2-3 sessions depending on the initial volume of fat and desired results. Please feel free to book complimentary consultation with myself at Dr Rita Rakus Clinic. Good Luck, Dr Galyna
Dear Twenty, Great question, thank you! As body contouring expert I perform various non invasive treatments including Coolsculpting, Sculpture, Vanquish, EMSCULPT and other. There is usually minimum discomfort and virtually no downtime. In my personal experience I had swelling for about 5 days but could resume normal activity the next day. The risks and side effects are low. You can reduce the swelling by increasing your lymphatic drainage, drink plenty of water and gentle exercise, lymphatic massage or Unison/Z wave treatment will also help. In general 2-4 weeks of swelling is the lingers I have seen (performed thousands of treatments) however, you should always discuss this with your doctor. With Coolsculpting over the course of the following two to three months, you will gradually see results by June. Some patient may need re treatment but your doctor should have one to one consultation before the treatment and inform you of best possible treatment plan. Good luck, Dr Galyna
