Q: 52 year old female who has a very saggy neck. Does Botox or filler help this problem as Im on a budget and cannot afford surgery

A: Botox would not be a good choice to treat this. Without seeing a picture it is hard to say for sure but you will most likely benefit from RF Micro-Needling
Q: What can I do about the perioral mounds or fat pads by the corners of my mouth?

A: It makes sense to first reduce the fat pad with RF Micro-Needling. Re-evaluate in 90 days to determine if a filler or Vampire Facelift will be best.
Q: Two days after my filler treatment, the area is still very red and sore and the scar is not filled. Is this normal? (photos)

A: It seems that the swelling is somewhat normal. Keep a close watch on this area as it should go down soon. Not sure about micro-needling and fillers as a protocol for this. Please let us know how it turns out.

A: Fillers may help but be sure to consult a licensed injector in your state. You may also want to consider an HA filler with PRP injections. This is also known as a Vampire Facelift
