Define Cosmetic Surgery - Windsor

I just wanted to say a huge huge huge thank you to Dr Dan Marsh and his team and the plastic surgery clinic who have changed my life and finally given me my confidence back after years of having asymmetrical breasts. I had one breast that was considerably bigger than the other and I was always so self conscious of it. I decided to go for a consultation with the PSG to see Dan after a reccomendstion from a work colleague. I have actually been to over 6 consultations with other leading name plastic surgery clinics but I never left with much satisfaction and they were encouraging me to go as big as I can because it would “ suit my look”. My consultation with Dan was the most thourough, well informed, well explained, and honest 45 minutes, and this is exactely what I needed. I went in with the thought process of wanting fat transfer to my breasts and after showing him some pictures of the look I wanted he said to me that this look can’t be achieved with fat transfer alone and breast implants was the best option. I was really happy he honestly told me and he also explained we would need to place different size implants too to correct the sizing difference. We went for 350 cc and 375 cc. I actually ended up going back to see Dan and his colleague Lucy a further two times, as I wasn’t sure on the sizing choice I had made and wondered whether it would be too big as I wanted to achieve quite natural results. They were so kind about it and invited me to come back again and try the implants sizers on in the surgical bra as many times as I wanted untill I was 100% happy. So after I had reached a decision, money was paid, and I was counting down the weeks till the surgery! Day of the surgery came, commmunication from Lucy was just amazing throughout the whole process and called me the night before the surgery and a few days before too to see if I had any final questions and to check I was all ready. I have a bit of a needle phobia and I think I was more worried about the Canula than the actual surgery! They put me in a seperate room to be put to sleep in from the anethetist which I think was lovely as I was worried about how many people would be around me when this happened, but it really was just me and him and the whole canula insertation was nothing and then I was under and surgery was done. The surgery itself seemed like I was asleep for 2 minutes and out again. I woke up so happy, and in ZERO pain and I was so well looked after. I had a great menu choice at the Highgate private hospital and I think I ordered about 10 tubs of mango ice cream to keep me happy afterwards. My friend came and collected me 5 hours after the surgery and it was home to recover and here I am now writing this review 4 weeks post op tomorrow and I couldn’t be happier. I finally have boobs that don’t dissapear when I take my bra off, they are finally the same size, and I feel so confident in myself now. I just want to thank Dan and Lucy so much and everything about the whole procedure was wonderful and you really have given me the best customer service and patient satisfaction I could have ever imagined.
