I found W Cosmetic Surgery while looking online find a solution to fix some undereye festoons that seemed to suddenly develop into the biggest eye bags ever. I had been getting filler in my midface and undereye region at a reputable cosmetic surgeon in New York on and off for several years, and then one day I woke up with giant festoons. I tried ice, sleeping with my head elevated, dietary changes, and creams to no avail. I was wearing sunglasses and hats whenever possible to try to disguise the festoons, and was in a constant state of embarrassment about how terrible I looked. I went back to my surgeon in NYC who told me that I looked better with the filler than I had before, and I had to beg him to dissolve some of it at that point. Still, the festoons remained. I had consulted with several highly reputable oculoplastic surgeons in NYC who actually wanted to do MORE FILLER to try to disguise the festoons. I then found Dr. Wulc while searching for solutions online, and I figured I'd drive down and see what he had to say. I was prepared to have surgery if necessary to fix the problem. I've actually never met Dr. Wulc yet due to my scheduling problems driving down from NYC. I had my initial consultation with RN Debbie who is involved in all the consultations that Dr. Wulc does. She agreed that that I had way too much filler in my face already, and she urged me to not get more at that point. She explained that filler can actually cause festoons. She suggested trying intracel to help dissolve the filler and take care of the festoons. I figured it was worth a shot! I got my first intracel treatment in December, and I will be driving down from NYC to get my 4th treatment in Mid April. I have seen a 90% improvement in the festoons so far, and I think after the next (and last) treatment I will be festoon free! Gina does the treatments, and she is fabulous! She explained everything the first treatment, and totally put me at ease. I've had plenty of peels, laser genesis, and IPL, but I was nervous! She is incredibly positive and funny. Both she and Debbie have never tried to sell me on anything extra, and it is clear that at W Cosmetic Surgery they are not just out to get people to buy extra services. I use a super strong numbing cream provided to me by Gina, and so the treatments are not painful. I'm bruised a little for a few days, but I go back to work with a little extra concealer after after a long weekend and nobody is the wiser. It takes about 2 weeks for all the swelling to totally subside, but again, it isn't noticeable to anyone but me. Prior to the intracel treatments, I also did have a few acne scars which totally disappeared. I have good skin overall, but have the normal fine lines of middle age developing. These all look better after intracel as well, and I expect that they will continue to look even better over the course of the next few months as the benefits of intracel take a few months to really set in. As it is, my skin looks and feels amazing. I am ecstatic about the results! I highly recommend W Cosmetic Surgery and intracel treatments.

For the past year or two, I have hated every picture I've been in. My neck/chin looked awful. I have been a patient of Dr. Allan Wulc's in Philadelphia for years (fillers/Botox) but I wasn't ready for surgery. He suggested an in office treatment he just started doing called ThermiTight. I had the procedure in April, and after a few weeks of swelling, I have loved nearly every single picture taken of me since. I HIGHLY recommend this procedure at W Cosmetic Surgery. Updated on 14 Dec 2014: My Thermi Tight procedure was done back in April. My swelling is gone (my right side stayed "puffy" for a few months), my chin tight and I couldn't be happier. I don't usually write reviews, but this office deserves it. Although there are some great reviews of the office and Gina suggests she knows what she's doing, think twice.  Gina completely disfigured my face with Morpheus8. I came in with mild malar festoons and ended up needing a facial fat grafting after just 1 Morpheus8 session. My experience has been a NIGHTMARE and the total opposite of everything I was led to believe I would look like for $1400

I came to know of Dr. Wulc by one of his own peers, Dr. Marc Cohen. Both work in cosmetic surgery and specialize in cosmetic surgery of the eyes and upper face. I am from the DC area and had 4 previous consultations with other surgeons in an attempt to have those surgeons correct a poor filler application administered by another DC cosmetic. It was not until I made the trek to Philly and saw my previous surgeon, Dr. Cohen that he sadly told me he couldn’t help me, but he thought he knew someone who could. Enter Dr. Wulc. He is not your typical plastic surgeon; this doctor is not a salesman, but rather someone who is extraordinarily educated, very deliberate and thoughtful in what he thinks is the right option, and is honest when he feels there might not be one. His staff is no exception. Between Debbie, Gina, Carol, Tara, Jean Marie...the list goes on and on. This group is not just a great group of women, but they are all very educated on each and every procedure, will never up sell you on something and are dead honest in telling you something is not worth doing or getting. I’ve been getting Intracel done by Gina for the last few months and honestly, I think she is a miracle worker. Dr. Wulc does my dysport and it’s the most amazing result...every time! Can’t say enough about this group!
