I had my first breast augmentation in 1998 and knew I was very overdue getting them re done. When I had my first consultation with Cosmedicare the main focus from the surgeons point of view was finding out what my already implants were like so I made arrangements to get an mri of them which cost me a further 1500 pounds on top of their fee. In my mind all I wanted was to go a lot bigger. My first implants were done on nhs so I had no option with my size and they were very small.
